✧HAPPY BIRTHDAY PT.1✧

Rhea had gotten on account four hours of rest, she hardly fell asleep. It was small increments between when the paint dried to when she could continue. She had dearly regretted not asking when his birthday was ages ago, and perhaps it was the slight perfectionist in her, but she truly wanted to give him something of worth.
It was already a fault that people assumed she was humoring this relationship because of his wealth—She still didn't understand just how wealthy her future husband is, and she would remain blissfully ignorant.
However, when ten o'clock rolled around, but she and Narcissa had started to speak to the final additives to the main room. Her party planner had been ecstatic to hear that Rhea was going to be the new mistress of this manor.
As she couldn't wait to host more parties of this magnitude, and Rhea only laughed and claimed that she wouldn't be surprised if her mother managed to double it for her wedding.
Making the woman all but giddy, as if Rhea needed another stressor on that date.
Cissy had been a gracious help, yet she only laughed whenever Rhea had thanked her for her kindness.
"I wish I had the help when planning my first event, I'm simply passing on all I've learned." Still, Rhea was eternally grateful.
What she was not grateful about, was the looming time everyone was meant to arrive. It dawned on her that not only was she the hostess, but the date of the birthday man. It hadn't registered into her head until after she had gotten dressed.
Course she'd tried it on countless times, and the combination of Cissy and Lori's approval had made her feel fine before. But now, she wasn't as sure if Alfie would approve.
His nickname for her little goddess, had been the theme for the event. As well as taking the account that Alphard truly didn't want anything, but Rhea could see that he wanted others to enjoy his interests as well.
So she made contact with the Wizarding Art Society, rallied up a group of artists, and played not only host to a birthday, but host to an auction and such as well.
Narcissa had claimed it was a wonderful idea, as the idea of partying usually meant to socialize and it does get a bit boring and repetitive with the same music and dancing.
However, with the different styles of art, Rhea thought that perhaps that should mean a different taste of other cultures as well. Truthfully, her creativity soared and Lori wouldn't allow for any changes once they were written down.
Even if Rhea had claimed it was just an idea!
Yet somehow the itinerary had been made from the bucketload of ideas that she simply spoke about, she of course thanked Lori for her efforts—But she still held a sense of nervousness. Especially when she was standing beside Narcissa and Orion greeting the guests in question.
"You've outdone yourself this evening, Rhea...I cannot wait to see my brother's face." Orion said with an impatient grin, though she could only gulp down her nerves.
Was it too early for a glass of wine?
Just as she was done speaking with Senior Rosier, who had been a laughing mess in taking the small peek of the main room. "I hope this does not go to your head, Rhea. Ideally, this isn't your money to be spending so freely." Her eyes had widened to Walburga Black, who was standing with judgment eyes scanning the entire room in temptation.
