✧PUTTING IN A FINAL WORD✧

◊━━━━━✥━━━━━◊

***

Rodolphous hadn't spoken to Rhea and Rhea hadn't spoken to him. It was this unspoken bickering that took their mother all of one sit-down dinner to catch the tension of the table.

And it wasn't difficult to pinpoint it, or not in Clarissa's mind after all. But in the midst of it, she had decided that perhaps it was time for another 'mother & daughter talk,' but Rhea could think of a million more things she'd rather hear than relive her mother's joys in marrying her father.

In comparing her father to Atlas, she couldn't understand the appeal or the relationship her parents had. Rhea vowed right then in there, with the burning liquid coursing through her veins that she would never forget to lavish her children with love.

That they will be confident in knowing that their mother would do anything to protect them.

But in an effort to enjoy the last tea session with her mother, she swallowed the interjections and tried to apply questions where she could build upon the conversation.

It constantly left a bad taste in her mouth, especially when it finally arrived.

"Is everything alright with you and Rodolphous?" She couldn't determine if she was honestly surprised by her mother's invasion, or when it truly was far too late to do anything about it.

Her mind was met, and if they were smart they wouldn't be going after her.

She already had a letter to her mother addressed, same with her father and her brothers combined. Her admission to all that's happened was one of the many reasons.

How unsafe she felt in their presence, that her voice was never being heard.

I won't be a nuisance to you any longer.

Clarissa had thought it had gone well, and she informed her husband that the reason for Rhea's temperament with Rolf was because of Dolohov.

Clearly, it was going to be an issue. Whether Antonio gives more attention to his future wife or his best mate. But that couldn't be the farther from the truth.

She recalled that Orion was there the night that Alphard had tried to calm her worries, but she remained unresponsive to Mr.Black. But that didn't mean Benny didn't stop by at odd hours of the day.

It was a valiant effort to say the least, that he respected her word in not reaching out. But still gave her the option of 'I'm still here.'

But all would end in mere hours, she had warned Andy the morning following the party. She was supportive, to say the least, and managed to remind her of everything of value that would be needed.

Rhea had account all the jewelry she could stuff an enchanted bag while the rest of her needed belongings served well into her trunk.

What more could she need? It was beyond easy to decide it all, if it wasn't managed to be bought again it would be packed. But with the amount of jewelry, she could surely manage well enough and support the Tonks family for allowing her to stay.

And Rhea was excited to meet Andy and Dora in person.

What Rhea didn't know right then, was that Alphard Black—Atlas had walked into the main foyer in the esteem Lestrange manor. Sure it looked daunting from outside, and he couldn't recall the last time he's stepped foot, but he was here with one goal in mind.
