✧UNBEARING ONESELF✧

Rhea had a few things to get done for today. First, she had inputted a notice to her supervisor that she was expecting—It was a formal announcement and it would do best to share the news and allow her fellow co-workers and those on the floor to know that she was carrying.
It meant that she would wear a new sort of Healer robe in the coming weeks to months depending on what Maverick decides. In addition to a few other precautions, not much would change at work. Besides the mask, though that was hardly much of a difference.
The next item on the agenda is to get together the sketches of the nursery that would age well until the twins would be comfortable to have their own space—It had disappointed her a little bit of how long they would have to wait to meet their son and daughter, though it allowed for time to name them properly.
Regulus, the time he had visited before, had been good insight as Rhea had taken to visiting the Black Family room a time or two. Scanning to find a name that spoke to her, but it seemed the more modern names had been taken in the recent decades.
So she decided to research and see if there were anything else in the realm of the same theme that fit the Black tradition. If Walburga were ever to find the truth of how the twins were conceived, at least their name was up to par.
Not only that, but the items Rhea had ordered for a gift for Narcissa had finally arrived and the basket had been completed. It looked gorgeous and worth the time spent, not only that, but she wanted to meet with Cissy.
She promised herself as she put on her travel cloak and warned Becker about her visit to the Malfoy manor—She also spoke with Alfie about visiting their niece, but he had been in a rather deep conversation with Orion and Cygnus that perhaps it hadn't gotten through.
No matter, she would be home soon enough.
With a quick apparent to the beautiful Malfoy estate, Rhea felt a stunning chill flood through her body. The last time she had visited Cissy, her life was at an all-time low.
And only started to rise when Alfie had started to recruit those in his family to aid them.
"Come, Becker. Let's say our hellos. Then have a nice cup of tea at home."
"Yes, good Mistress. Becker and Betsy will make mistress special tea." She hummed, knowing that the elves were devoted entirely to her care.Especially when she was caring for the next heir.
Rhea had raised her gloved hand, slamming the metal bar hard in order for an elf to hear. And she had nearly been shocked over the fact that an elf had so easily come to answer.
"M-mistress Black! Come in, good mistress, come in." Dobby had rushed, but it had been rather odd—Was Dobby expecting another person?
"Thank you, Dobby. Could you announce me to Narcissa, I just wanted to stop by and check on her." The elf looked rather hesitant, but an order from a member of the Noble House of Black had been deeply ingrained into the elf's head that he fell in line and escorted both her and Becker to what Rhea suspected to be Cissy's drawing room.
There, she was left to sit and wait—But as the minutes continued to tick by. Rhea could no longer look about the room in thought. All she wanted was to drop by, surely Narcissa didn't mean any harm in ignoring her announced visit.
But it still hurt. Very much.
Cissy was one of the standing reasons Rhea was able to marry Alfie, and she was simply trying to bestow a gift.
