It had been a few days since Alphard had found out about the Nifflers, and Rhea was much less sneaky about her visits and openly spoke them. Alphard had attempted to get her to speak about them more, try to greet them.
But Rhea had acted significantly differently towards explaining their names than she had with Orion.
It hadn't been for any reason other than her worries that Alphard would think her foolish. But he explained the reasons and she knew, logically, it wasn't smart nor safe.
So Alphard had sought to find the proper contact that would be trustworthy in keeping them safe, and perhaps that one day that Rhea could visit when she wished.
Soon enough, he had found the perfect person, one that he knew his wife would be most comfortable with.
"How is it that she found the mother Niffler again?"
"We had recently gotten an addition on the manor, she came in a shipment I'm told. Rhea healed her wounds the best she could." His old friend had given him the same look his other good mates had when he explained the addition.
"We built ourselves a library."
"Well, I cannot say I'm too surprised. Ravenclaws like yourselves usually find themselves at home in a library."
"Hm, Rhea adores it. She now has a proper home for all the manuals she purchases—And the undiscovered journals she purchases, you might be here all night if you mention those to her." The elder wizard chuckled as they continued forward, and like always, Alphard knocked at the Niffler door and Rhea turned her gaze up.
She smiled softly towards her husband, but then felt rather out of place upon seeing another wizard just behind him. "Alphard, who is this?" Alphard had continued to smile off towards his young wife and gestured to the fellow.
"Come now love, you've read his work countless times before. Don't you know who this is?" Rhea frowned, tilting her head slightly as she tried to get a better picture of who was standing next to her husband.
"It's alright, my picture perceives me...It has been a good decade since the Daily Prophet has managed to snipe a picture of me. But where are my manners, I'm N—"
"Newt Scamander." Rhea breathed and Alphard had smiled in delight.Rhea had been so moved by the sight of her idol that her mouth hang open and Newt began to laugh.
"Ah! So I'm not so unrecognizable. And these lovely little beings? Alfie says you've saved the mum from a shipment for your library?" Rhea could only nod as Newt had come forth and greeted her curious little Nifflers, and upon closer expectation, he put on a glove that retracted a simple necklace—Though much shinier than Rhea has ever witnessed.
"Y-yes, Sterling was in rough shape. But she's doing better now."
"I'd say she's thriving by the looks of it. You did this all yourself?" He offered, his eyes showing signs of surprise and wonder. Leaving Rhea to nod her head.
"I followed a few of your instructions to when you handled your Niffler—But I had to make a few guesses when it came to the little ones." She explained, and Alphard let out a chuckle. "Hid it from me for weeks too, I'd say she's well versed in caring for them."
"Indeed. Do you have an aptitude for magical creatures, Mrs.Black?"
"Oh, please, call me Rhea. And I—I suppose so. I couldn't let Sterling here die over something my shipment caused. Nor could I let her children suffer like that."
