Alphard's step into the bucket had been only a fraction of a second, and her frightened scream wasn't intended—But it soon willed out once the two landed on a beautiful plot of land. And as Rhea had turned to look around, she smiled to see that he had a rather beautiful design among his estates.

"Oh! A fountain!" She cheered, seeing the wonderful swans shooting water up into the air.
"I think you'll enjoy this manor right beside the one in London. Germany is one of the places I travel the most, so it'll be good to get equated with this manor." He explained while taking the steps forward, though his hold was strictly on her waist—However, when the door opened, he stopped and turned to her.

"What are yo—Alphard!" Her voice had turned panicked when he lifted her into his arms, and the young witch hardly weighted all that much to begin with—He stepped over the threshold and laughed at her confusion.

"Come now love, I needed to do this right." He deemed, letting her back to her feet just a bit into the foyer. "It's gorgeous."
"Hmm, I had a hand in its design—It could use a bit of a witch's touch. I won't mind a bit."

"Alfie, I can't just come and change your home."
"But it's yours as well, and I've seen the beauty you can create out of sheer nothing." She blushed at the comment and then continued to look around. Walking forward on her own with him just on her tail.

The layout was open, the grand staircase reminded her of her parent's estate. But the stairs weren't as daunting as her own, yet the grand ceiling and windows allowed her to catch the yard outside.

"It's not as large as one would probably expect, a few bedrooms. It's not meant to entertain or throw many gatherings."
"No, I assume this is your getaway?"
"Our getaway. I've already put away that we'll be gone until the summer."
"The summer?! Alfie that's weeks—"
"Yes, on the aspect that we'll be visiting areas of my work. I won't have to be there more than a few hours, and I'm sure you'll enjoy of time by yourself. Otherwise, I'm yours." She found herself clapping at the idea of traveling around the likes of Europe and the rest of them.

The further they walked around, Rhea could imagine him relaxing on one of the many chairs reading along—But it saddened her quite a bit, to know that he was here on the instance he didn't want to come home.

"Alphard?" He turned around from the small globe, it was such a wizard instance to have their liquor hidden in the damn thing. But she accepted the glass of wine just the same.

"What is it, love?"
"Were you here the whole time? I mean when you were away from home all that time." It occurred to him that he never really answered her properly all that time ago and he chuckled.

"I suppose, between this manor and Sweden—But enough of that, how about I call Betty and she'll start up a bath?" The mention of a bath had left her feeling at ease, however when he moved in closer to elect a kiss...She hadn't been prepared for it to turn so feverishly so quickly.

"Betty! Could you ready a bath for my wife?" Rhea blinked in a daze, following after him to their room—yet the panic had struck her heart further.

He meant a bath in the master bedroom.

Rhea's only memory of her parent's bedroom was when she was younger, she hadn't been allowed in it since.
Why? She didn't dare ask, but the quality of the master bed and bath was much grander than the rest of the manor.

"...When you're finished, I thought we could have some more wine by the fire?" She had been distracted by her trunk and sorted through the likes of her clothes. All brand new and nothing of comfort for her to hide away in—Not one piece was without lace, and it pained her with a bit of fear to what's to come.
