Ross, Laura and Ryder see Aubrey being held away from the door by multiple men that are twice the size of her.
Laura: You guys stay in the car...I got this.
Laura gets out of the car and locks it so they can't get out. She walks up to Aubrey and the men.
Aubrey: Oh...Hey mum.
Laura: Hey, care to tell me what's going on?
Aubrey:...I'm good.
Security: This girl wants to see her best friend in the hospital.
Laura's confused.
Laura: And what's wrong with that?
Security: She's in ER. (Emergency Room)
Aubrey cries harder.
Aubrey: Let me GO! She NEEDS ME! And I NEED HER! She's MY best friend, I can't LIVE without HER!
Security: Aw, that was touching.
The security man starts crying. Aubrey gets hopeful.
Aubrey: So you'll let me go in?
Security: Hell no!
Laura jumps on his back.
Laura: Aubrey go!
Aubrey starts running into the building but the man Laura's on, runs after her.
Security: Girl get your ass here right NOW!
Laura sticks her feet out so they can't go inside. The man keeps running and reaches the enterance then falls down causing Laura to get squashed.
Laura screams causing Aubrey to turn around and run back to help. Aubrey can't pull the man off of her so she kicks him off and into the puddle by the enterance stairs. Laura and Aubrey hold hands and run in together. Aubrey lets go and runs to the reception.
Aubrey: Where the hell is Emily Worthy?!
Receptionist: She's just coming out of surgery.
Aubrey sighs with relief.
Receptionist: Too bad you can't go see her.
Aubrey: Why?
Receptionist: She has amnesia. She's not allowed to see anyone unless they're in a relationship with her or family.
That's when Aubrey said something that made Laura choke.
Aubrey: I'm her...g-g-girlfriend.
Receptionist: How long have you been together?
Aubrey: Umm...t-two months.
Receptionist: Well if you know her that well I guess you can fill out her forms for tomorrow. Then you can come back and see her.
Aubrey smiles.
Aubrey: Thank you!
Aubrey grabs Laura's hand and drags her out to the car.
Laura: Aubrey! What the fucking hell was that?!
Ross: What?!
Laura: The receptionist said she can't go see Emily unless she's in a relationship with her or family so she said they'd been going out for two months!
Ross: Aubrey! What have we told you about lying?!
Aubrey sighs.
Aubrey: Not to.
Ross: Then why are you going around saying you're in a relationship with someone your not?!
Aubrey stays silent.
Ross gets mad.
Ross: ANSWER ME!
Aubrey and Ryder start crying.
Aubrey: I said it t-thi-thinking they'd let me see her s-soo-sooner!
Ross slaps her.
Laura: ROSS!
Ross: I DIDNT RAISE HER LIKE THIS!
Laura: DOESNT MEAN YOU SLAP HER!
Laura then slaps Ross.
Ross: OW! YOU KNOW WHAT?!...
Ross takes off his wedding ring and places it in Laura's hand.
Ross: I'll get the papers, you sign them, and I'll leave with Ryder. I don't want him growing up with two sluts.
Laura slaps him again and starts crying.
Laura: I th-thought you lo-loved u-us?
Ross: Not anymore.
Ross grabs Ryder and walks home.
