--Aubrey's Birthday--

Ross: (Wakes up and runs into Aubrey's room) Happy Birthday cutie. (Smiles and lifts her out of her cot) You're one today. (Smiles and kisses her head)

Aubrey: Dada.

Ross: Want your present? (Hands her toy building blocks)

Aubrey: (Squeals)

Ross: (Smiles)

Aubrey: Mama. (Messes with Ross' hair)

Ross: You want your mummy? (Smiles)

Aubrey: (Messes with his hair more)

Ross: (Raises an eyebrow) You're going to have the same hair as me. (Smiles and walks into his room with Aubrey on his side) Laura?

Laura: (Asleep)

Ross: (Puts Aubrey on the bed)

Aubrey: (Crawls on top of Laura)

Laura: (Wakes up) Hi sweetie. (Smiles and sits up) Happy birthday. (Hugs her then kisses her head)

Ross: (Smiles and lies down next to them)

Laura: Morning. (Smiles)

Ross: Morning. (Kisses her)

Laura: I didn't know what to get Aubrey so I went shopping and asked a woman who had a baby with her and asked what I should get a one year old girl and she said toy phones because she won't be using ours. (Giggles)

Ross: Yea. I asked Rydel and she said toy blocks.

Laura: Aw! My baby girls growing up!

Ross: I want today to be special. (Runs Aubrey's head)

Laura: And so it shall. (Kisses him) When are the others coming?

Ross: Umm... 12? With the cake. (Smiles)

Laura: Mhm. What kind? (Smiles)

Ross: Chocolate. (Yawns) What time is it?

Laura: (Looks at her phone) 9am!

Ross: I'll go take a shower. (Kisses Aubrey's head)

--11am--

Laura: (Holding Aubrey's hand walking around the kitchen)

Ross: Hey, (raises an eyebrow) what are you doing?

Laura: If Aubrey can stand and walk while holding onto me, then maybe she might get used to it and walk on her own. (Smiles)

Ross: (Laughs a bit) Maybe!.. Oh Laur, they guys got tickets to go to a baseball game tomorrow night. Can I go with them? They bought a spare ticket! (Smiles) Will you be ok with Aubrey or do you want me to take her?

Laura: Of course you can go! And I'll be fine with Aubrey. (Smiles and puts Aubrey on the sofa) My Uncle and Aunt, that are still alive, bought Aubrey some clothes. (Shows him)

Ross: They're nice. (Smiles) Are they coming today?

Laura: Er no. But they said they'd call around during the week cause they live an hour away from here. (Exhales)

Ross: Oh. (Smiles a little) You sad about that?

Laura: No. (Smiles)

Ross: (Laughs a bit)

--3 hours later--

Girls: (Talking)

Boys: (Talking)

Avan: Are you allowed to go to the baseball game?

Ross: (Nods) Yeah. Where did you find those tickets?
