"Dallyeora Bangtan!" all the members of BTS shout right when we start filming the new Run BTS episode. All the members cheer and look very excited.

Just like every other week, we shoot another episode of their show Run BTS (in Korean: Dallyeora Bangtan) today. Run BTS is a show where the members play games, do challenges, do things they've never done before - and maybe never planned on doing - or do a rolepley. They do anything, is easier to explain.

Every episode has another subject. Sometimes we have two or maybe three episodes for one subject. The subjects are very different from each other. It goes from bungeejumping to creating their own K-drama, to doing the craziest challenges, to playing boardgames, to role playing. Name it and we've probably already done it in an episode.

The show is completely created by the crew. None of the members have any idea what they're about to do today. They never do. As the crew, we always keep the ideas for Run BTS a secret for the members. Of course they are always welcome to come up with ideas, but we never tell them what we're deciding. This way, we can really surprise them. Both in good and bad ways.

"We're back with a new episode!" Jimin smiles. The others cheer and clap. "I am very excited to do this again, even though I have no idea what we're gonna do," Jungkook says. They all look at the director. "Please, fill us in," Jin says.

The director smiles wide. "Today for Run BTS, we planned..." The director pauzes to create some extra tension and excitement. Looking at the guys, all staring at him with exactly these two emotions.

"Paintball!" The director announces. All the members jump out of excitement and clap happily. "Whohoo!" Jimin shouts. The entire crew laughs when we see them this happy. It is always a challenge for us to find something for them to do for Run BTS that is still exciting for them.

Not only have they already done so much for the show, they also are difficult to surprise. A lot of times they are onto us and they already figured out what we're planning. But seeing them this excited makes us very happy, because that is our goal.

"But since you've played paintball before, we gave it a little twist..." The director says. All the members get curious and listen to the director carefully. "What kind of twist?" Namjoon asks. The director smiles wide, "You're playground will be... right here."

The members look very confused. "Here?" Jin asks, "You mean in this room?" "Not just this room, but this entire building," The director explains. All the members look excited yet surprised once again. "Really?" J-Hope asks. They look at each other and cheer and high five each other. "This is gonna be so much fun!" Taehyung smiles.

"Let's start with deciding the teams," the director says. "Rock paper scissor?" Jungkook suggests. "Yes, the two who win will be the teamcaptains and will pick their team," the director says. All the members get together and play rock paper scissor. Jungkook and Yoongi end up winning first. Since Yoongi won first, he gets to pick first. He picks Jimin. Jungkook picks Taehyung. Yoongi picks J-Hope. Jimin picks Namjoon. Yoongi picks Jin. So the teams are formed: Yoongi, Jimin, J-Hope and Jin vs Jungkook, Taehyung and Namjoon.

"Cut!" The director shouts, "That was great guys, let's go over all the rules now." The guys all agree and we go to a more comfortable space. James is the one explaining all the rules to the members.

"Okay, so it will be in two teams: a red team and a blue team. Both teams have their own flag. Before we start, both teams hide their flag somewhere in the building. During the games, you need to find the flag of the other team," James explains. Everyone nods that they understand. "There is only one more thing, you don't start with bullets in your gun," James adds, "the bullets are also hidden in this building. So in order to shoot someone else, you need to find bullets first. They are packed with five bullets in a small bag."
