Part One Hundred and Eighteen 백십팔

It is nice to be home again. Even though I see LA as our home as well, we spend most of our time in Korea. So this house, is more our home. So it is good to be back.

Yoonah immediately goes into her bedroom to unpack. She always does that the second we get home. Whatever home it is. I think it is a good quality of hers. Better than to leave her stuff packed in the corner of her room. Something I am very good at.

Instead, I like to drop myself on the couch and stay there for the rest of the day. Like what I am doing right on this moment.

Yeontan jumps on the couch next to me. Yes, he is very good at doing this as well. I see how he claims a blanket that is not meant for him. But I don't feel the need get him off it. So for today, he is lucky.

I look up when Taehyung enters the room with his phone against his ear. He looks a little concerned. His eyes find me and he looks at me. He takes his phone off his ear before he speaks to me. "Baby, is it okay if I have a video call in a moment?" He asks me.

I feel confused. Why does he need permission for that? But then I realize what he is doing. He said he would try to talk to his management about our relationship the second we would in Korea. I didn't think he was this serious about his words.

"Uhm, sure," I tell him, "Do you want me to join?" He smiles, but shakes his head. "No, it will be a short meeting. You don't have to join," he says. I smile, thank god. Having a meeting is not too bad, but about our relationship... I would rather skip that meeting. I am way to nervous to talk about that. Mostly because it is his contract which is the problem. But I also feel like he is way better in conversations like that.

Taehyung smiles back to me and continues his phone call. I smile as I see the hope on his face. I really, really don't know if this will work. But who knows? If we don't try, we will never know.

I grab my phone as well and see a text in the group chat with Yana and Kaylee.

Yana: Hey ladies! Everyone safe and sound at home again?

Kaylee: For sure! You too?

Yana: Yes! But I really want a girls night. You up for it?

Kaylee: Well, we still need a do-over from the last girls night. I am in!

I smile and look at the texts. I am up for a girls night. We haven't had a moment with the three of us in a while. It would be great to have a girls night again.

Me: I am in too! Tell me when and where :)

Yana: Awesome! My place? In an hour? Let's have pizza for dinner!

Kaylee: You mean, Yoongi's place?

Yana: His place, my place, same thing!

Kaylee: Haha, okay! Sounds good! I'll bring the stuff for the alcohol free cocktails!

Me: Anything I can bring?

Yana: Popcorn?

Me: Consider it done!

I smile at my phone and stand up. I find Taehyung in Yoonah's room. Yoonah is putting her stuffed animals in place again while Taehyung sits on her bed and talks with her about said stuffed animals.

"Everything okay here?" I ask them. They both turn around to me and smile. "Yes! Appa is helping me unpack," Yoonah says. I smile and come closer to them. Yoonah looks from her stuffed animals to me. "Wait, omma, can I give some of my pets to my baby brother or sister?" She asks me.
