Part Sixty-Four 육십사

The car stops and Yeosang, Hongjoong, San, Wooyoung and I get out of the car. I feel a little nervous to be out with my new friends. Not because of them, but because I don't want to create any rumours. But apparently that is not on everyone's mind, because Yeosang puts his hand on my back. Both to ensure me and to keep me with them, I assume.

Some of their actual crew - so not me - guide us into the building and to our seats. Of course we all have VIP-seats, so we have amazing view and the fans can't come close to us. I get a seat between Yeosang and Wooyoung. But before we can even sit down, San stands in front of us. "Drink?" He asks us. "Yeah, let's do a beer," Wooyoung says. Hongjoong and Yeosang agree right away. "Can you get a Coke for me, please?" I ask him. San nods, "Of course!" And with that, he walks away. 

"Have you ever seen them live?" Hongjoong asks me once we sit down. "I have, actually. They have been in L.A. a few times before and Yana and I saw them twice," I tell him. He smiles, "Great! This is a first time for us." "Oh great! I am excited to see what you think of them," I say. Hongjoong laughs, "Me too! We already love their music, so I don't think it can go wrong." "No, I don't think so either. They are great live," I smile. "Well, we're about to see it for ourselves," Hongjoong says.

As San brings us our drinks, the opening act starts. None of us know the band, but they sound great. We all stand up from our seats the second they enter the stage and we keep standing and dancing until they left the stage. Then it's almost time for 5 Seconds Of Summer. Even though I have seen them live twice, like I told Hongjoong, I still feel nervous to see them perform again. Especially when I have my new friends with me. I am used to go to a concert with the BTS-crew or with Yana or Kaylee.

"I can't wait to be on that stage ourselves," Yeosang tells his bandmembers. "Same! It looks huge!" Wooyoung says. "Do you think we can sell out this place?" Hongjoong asks a little insecure. "Are you kidding? Of course you can!" I assure him, "You probably need two or three shows here to give your L.A. fans a chance to see you." They all smile wide and look at the room. "I hope you're right," San says. "Trust me, I am right," I tell him. "If our new crew-member says so," Yeosang winks at me, making all of us laugh. "Exactly!" I joke.

"No way! Speaking of the devil," San says. His eyes are focused on something behind us, so we turn around. I am amazed by what I see. Or more like who I see. Yoongi, Jungkook and Taehyung enter the VIP-section as well. My jaw drops when I see them. Or actually, when I see him. Why is he here? He should be at home with Yoonah!

"Hey guys," Jungkook cheerfully greets us. "Hey!" Wooyoung, Hongjoong, San and Yeosang greet them back. They all bow to each other respectfully, but I can't get myself to move a muscle. What the hell is Taehyung doing here?! But more importantly, where is Yoonah and who is with her?! I better hope someone is with her, but I bet he wouldn't leave her all alone. All though, I also thought he wouldn't be here at all. So who knows what he did or what he is up to.

"Are they really here to make sure we don't steal you?" Yeosang jokes, but I can't get myself to smile. This is all too much for me. I wanted a night out with my new friends without having to worry. But this is everything but that!

"Yeah, I guess so. I didn't expect them to be here," I tell Yeosang and try my best to laugh at his joke. "I'll just ask them for a second, excuse me," I walk past him and go straight to Yoongi, Jungkook and Taehyung. They all took their seats at the other side of the VIP-section, so the ATEEZ-members are a not too close to them to hear us.

Yoongi and Jungkook immediately look up to me when I come closer, but Taehyung avoids my eyes. He knows exactly why I came to them. "What the hell are you doing here?" I ask, but I try to keep my voice down so nobody else hears. Jungkook just laughs, "Hello to you too." I bet he has no idea about the entire situation. Of course Taehyung didn't tell him.

"Not you two, you are obviously very welcome here," I tell Yoongi and Jungkook, but I bring my focus back to Taehyung. "Well?" I ask him. He finally meets my eyes, but his emotions are unreadable. "I just came here for the concert," he tells me. I scoff and roll my eyes. "Bullshit. Tell me why you are here and don't you even dare to tell me you left Yoonah all alone," I fire. "No of course not, she is with Namjoon and Sooyoung," he purposefully answers only half my questions, but it is enough to piss me off.

"What? Why?! You were suppose to be with her tonight!" I tell him. "She wanted to play with Namjoon's daughter, Yeongja. So we decided to let her sleep over at their place," he explains. I narrow my eyes at him. Why do I feel like he is lying? Sure, she might wanted to play with her friend Yeongja, but this sounds way too perfect for him.

"If you don't believe me, ask Namjoon," He adds. I scoff and let it go. There is nothing I can do about it now. I don't want this situation to ruin my night. Even though it might be ruined already. "Fine, but don't you dare ruin my night," I warn him and walk away. I go to the bar to get a refill and Yoongi follows me.

"Are you okay?" He asks me. I sigh and look at him. "Not really. I just wanted a night away from all the drama, but now he is here as well..." I tell him. Yoongi puts his hand on my shoulder. "I get it. It is not fair of him to show up here. Trust me, I am not supporting him. I am just here to make sure he doesn't do anything stupid," he assures me. I look at him and smile a little. "While you're doing that, can you keep him as far away from me as possible?" I ask. Yoongi smiles wide, "of course! I will let you have your moment with the ATEEZ-guys."

I smile wide and nod, "Thanks, I will." I get my new Coke from the bartender and want to go back to the ATEEZ-guys, but Yoongi stops me. "While you're at it, just go nuts and have fun with these guys, okay? Tae is already jealous, that's obviously why he is here in the first place. So make the best of it for you and enjoy it a little," Yoongi tells me with a wink. I laugh and nod, "I'll try, thanks!"

"Everything okay?" Yeosang asks me when I join them again. I smile and take my seat next to him. "Yes, I just wasn't informed that they would come here too," I tell him. "So they are really spying on you?" Yeosang jokes. I laugh, "They are. But we can just ignore them and have fun." Yeosang nods, "Great! We definitely will."

A few minutes later, the lights go off and the crowd starts to cheer. We all stand up and I grab my phone to film the opening of the show. The lights on the stage go on and the drummer Ashton enters the stage. The crowd cheers loudly and of course Hongjoong, San, Wooyoung, Yeosang and I join them. Ashton starts drumming and then guitarist Michael and bassist Calum enter the stage as well. Last but not least, lead singer Luke enters the stage. The crowd goes nuts and then they start to play Youngblood.

The entire crowd screams along to the lyrics and of course we are joining them as well. When the ATEEZ-members said they were fans of 5 Seconds Of Summer, they didn't lie. Just like me, they scream all the lyrics and they dance to the music. It is like we create our own party with the five of us. This makes it very easy to ignore the fact that Taehyung is here as well.

After Youngblood, the band starts with Old Me, which is also an amazing song. Apparently it is also Wooyoung's favorite, because he starts to party even more than he already did. He dances like he is on a stage, with a wide smile on his face. I laugh and get into it as well. I dance with him and turn around to completely face him. I am aware that I am standing with my back towards the band we actually came here for. But I don't care. Wooyoung turns to me as well and together we throw in some more dance moves.

I am not the best dancer and Wooyoung must notice my struggles, because he points at himself and tries to show me some bodyrolls. I laugh and try to follow his lead. Wooyoung smiles wide and togehter we dance along to the music.
