The pixelation stops, and we're in a grey room. It seemed to be like a prison cell, but without any doors or windows. The room had a single bed, a small table, and a few paintings on the wall. Neptune wakes up and notices the new room we're in. "Oh good, you're awake. Neptune, did you steal from a pudding store again?" Neptune shakes her head. "If I did, we'd probably be in Histy's lecture hell, instead of a prison." Noire comes to, noticing the situation we've been situated in. "What is this place?" I check behind the paintings. "It's a prison, Noire. What does it look like?" Noire looks over to me. "What are you doing?" I turn over another painting. "Trying to find a key, there's gotta be one here..." Neptune looks over to the bed. "I'll help, too." She climbs underneath the bed and starts making walkie-talkie sounds. "Khh... Nothing under here to report. Over..." ~ "Khh... Paintings are a no-go. Over..." ~ "Khh... Pretty sure we're not getting anywhere... Over..." Noire crosses her arms. "Stop messing around, you two." I notice that one of the stones in the wall looks more plastic than the others... "Hey girls. I think I found our out." I push in the stone and the area pixelates. Dropping us into the next level.
Level 2 looked like an obstacle course, filled with spinning blades and hidden pitfalls. I approach the starting line, as a massive axe swings across. "I don't think this will be easy... Any ideas?" The other two shake their heads. I look towards the end of the obstacle course. A lever was positioned at the end of the course. "I think that lever will open the pathway, so you can cross." I move closer towards the swinging axe, and bolt forwards. Passing by the axe and avoiding the arrows flying towards me in all directions, I make my way through a laser grid of spinning saws, clipping at me. Blood drips off my fingertips. I reach the end of the course, and pull the lever. The lever hits a wire, and a small blade shoots out. The pathway opens, as the blade makes contact. Neptune and Noire run over, and see a large pool of blood and a small blade with an eyeball attached to the tip. I slowly stand up, and grasp at where my eye once was. Noire pulls out a roll of bandage. I take the bandage and wrap it around my head, covering the missing eye. "Thanks..." I hit the button, and we move on to the next level.
Light fills our vision, as the floor disappears beneath us. The floor and the ceiling flies by us so quickly. I land on the floor, while Noire lands on the ceiling, Neptune landing on Noire. "Get the hell off of me!" ~ "Gyaah!" Noire throws Neptune off of her, causing Neptune to fall onto the east wall. "Just as I thought..." Noire looks over to me. "You know something?" ~ "Yeah, this is a room with four different gravitational pulls. I think the only way to beat this level, is for all three of us to be on the same platform." ~ "That makes sense... But how do we do that?" I point to a lever on each platform. "With that." I pull the lever, as the three of us are thrown off of our platforms, I land on the ceiling, Noire lands on the west wall, and Neptune lands on the floor. "Woo! That was fun! Let's do it again!" ~ "Why aren't you taking this seriously? We're in danger as long as we stay here!" ~ "Noire, calm down. Just let Neptune have her fun, and we'll figure out how to escape this room." ~ "Al-Alright then..." I walk over to the lever on my platform. "Noire, pull the lever on your side on my mark." ~ "Huh?" She looks over to her lever. "How would that help?" ~ "If we flip the lever at the same time, it should cause two changes in the gravitational pulls, meaning we may be able to link two platforms, to have the same mass." I grab hold of the lever, Noire grabs hers. "On the count of three. One... Two... Three!" We both flip the lever, causing the three of us to launch into the center of the room. I land on the east wall, Noire lands on the floor, and Neptune lands with me on the east wall. "Okay, that's one step done. Now then, Neptune grab the lever, Noire, grab yours." They nod and both grab hold of the levers, flipping them at the same time. The gravity changes again, and we're launched into the center. I land on the west wall, Neptune lands on the ceiling, and Noire lands on the west wall with me. "It's still not working..." I look around, four levers are present, three people in the room, only able to flip a total of three at a time... How are we supposed to revert gravity back to normal, how do we beat this game?! "That's it." Noire looks over to me. "You figure something out?" ~ "Yes." I flip the lever, causing gravity to change. I land on the floor, Neptune lands on the west wall, Noire lands on the east wall. "Now, everyone flip your lever!" We all grab hold of our levers. "One the count of three... One... Two... Three!" I unwrap the bandage from my eye and grapple it across the room, to the ceiling. It wraps around the lever and we all pull the levers. Gravity changes and we're pulled back to the center, we stay floating there for a few seconds, before dropping to the floor. I stand up and walk over to the east wall. "I feel no pull. We did it!" The area pixelates, and we're sent to the next level.
"Great... A mountain." The three of us stare up at a massive mountain. If I knew we were going to be scaling a mountain, I would've brought a grapple hook. "So... Is there a trail we can follow...? Or a lift we can use..?" ~ "Wow, you really don't like mountains." ~ "Neptune, It's almost as bad as your hatred of eggplants..." ~ "Well, we'd better hurry, or Noire is going to beat us up." ~ "Wait, what?!" Noire was already halfway up the mountain. "Dammit! Where's my HyperVolt when you need it?!" I slam my feet into the ground and leap off, grabbing onto a loose rock on the edge of the mountain. Neptune starts running up the side of the mountain. "Oh right, that's a thing..." I jump back to the bottom and take a running start, dashing up the side of the mountain. I catch up to Neptune and we start to have a race. We pass by Noire on the way up. "Gotta go fast!" ~ "What the!" I reach the edge of the mountain side and flip off, landing on solid ground. "Hey Neptune, where's my 10-point?" ~ "Meh, I'd give it an 8..." ~ "Better than nothing." Noire reaches the top of the mountain and looks to me. "How?" ~ "I'm the protagonist of protagonists, Master of Plot!" Clouds roll in, and a massive CPU looking mech drops from the sky. "Oh Nepdammit!" The mech was black and orange, and looked a lot like that one Dark CP... Oh $#!%!" I leap out of the path of a massive laser. The ground behind me, completely erased. Neptune summons her Katana(wood), and Noire summons her Rapier. I summon a weapon of my choice... By that I mean, I summon a fun little thing I like to call a 'Truck Gun.' It's a gun that shoots trucks. Very useful when you want to piss off your friends. "Haaaaaaaa!!!" The Dark CPU launches another laser, erasing more of the ground. "Alright, be on your toes. Don't let it touch you!" I raise my gun at the Dark CPU. It's time to beat this game. But to do that, we'll have to defeat the mini-boss on Level 5. "Dark Orange!"
