Sichuan Province, China...

"Alright, Anders, we're finally here, ready to start digging into the background of the teenage killer from Yunnan!" Jack states, "we know that Zhao Mei is an orphan who grew up around here... We have to learn more about this girl to find out why a child that young would have ties to SOMBRA. Here in Sichuan, we can-"

"You can enjoy the fascinating history!" Dupont suggested cheerfully, "did you know-"

"Dupont, can we talk about this later?" he asked, feeling boredom already setting in, "SOMBRA's a bit more urgent than local history."

"At least start your search with the lotus bridge! You can't visit this spectacular area and not admire the landscapes!" the historian urged.

Anders shrugged, "it's not like we know where else to start looking. Let's head to this bridge, Jack!"

Dupont gave them the address to the Lotus Bridge, and Anders and Jack headed out to see the site. When they arrived at the beautiful, traditional-style Chinese bridge, they walked across it to admire the river below. Weeping Willow trees lined the river, and the water was filled with lily pads and flowers scattered about. But floating among the beautiful flowers was a woman with blood seeping out of her head and into the water.

As Anders and Jack got off the bridge and walked along the small bamboo boardwalk to the body, they noticed some clues near the water. They found a red leather wallet on the path's edge with a driver's license displayed in a clear pouch that featured the dead woman's image. A scrapbook was also sitting in a small boat tied to a post and floating near the body.

"Anders, I don't think that body in the river is supposed to be part of the scenery!" Jack commented as he watched Anders reach out to pull the body ashore, "figures, we came here to investigate a link between a teenage orphan and SOMBRA, and the first thing we find is a corpse!"

"We need to discover who this woman is and whether her death has anything to do with our investigation into SOMBRA. Let's send the body to Angela ASAP!" Anders says, opening a portal on the boardwalk and carefully lowering the body into it.

"I see you've picked up a few clues," he remarks, picking up the first item, "a wallet? Nice catch! There's a driver's license inside! The photo looks just like the victim... and her name is apparently Li Jun. I wonder what else the victim's wallet might contain. Let's search through it! And hey, look at the photos in the scrapbook you picked up! This must belong to our victim, too."

"This scrapbook looks like something a tourist might make. So maybe the victim wasn't from here?" Anders speculated, picking up the scrapbook, "we should dust it to see what the text says."

"Let's get cracking! Anders, I don't know about you, but I won't rest easy until we're sure this murder has nothing to do with SOMBRA!" Jack declares.

Anders dusted the faded scrapbook page while Jack looked through the victim's wallet. Jack paged through the cards, money, and receipts stuffed into the wallet and found a crumpled white and green ticket inside. It had two cute cartoon pandas on the white half, while the admission information was printed on the green half. As he reads the information on the ticket, Anders finishes dusting the scrapbook.

"The text in the victim's scrapbook says, "Admired the lotuses with my daughter, Ying."," Anders tells Jack.

"Wait, so the victim had a daughter!" Jack realized, "and this daughter must still be around! We need to find her immediately!"

"Agreed. What did you find in the victim's wallet, Jack?" he inquired.

"A ticket to the panda reserve!" he replies, holding up the ticket, "we'll get to see pandas! Because if the victim visited this reserve, we should check it out too!"
