At world's end and all that is left is the shadow swallowing it whole - but in my mind, I know... that it isn't my end. It is yours.
Headed back towards the dorms. There is the same type of hangout area in the inner courtyard and we are all going to meet up there. Though this one is much larger in comparison because it is next to the dorms whereas the other one is where the professors used to live.
I glance over my shoulder to the same golden eyes shimmer in the distance though unlike usual where she is the one coming to me, she is with someone else. Another guy? I twist my lips to the side as I return my gaze to the front.
Not my place to care, not my place to ask either. I have no idea what the woman gets up to but probably be safer for me to keep those thoughts to myself.
Rey then gestures to our front. "Those five, they are pretty much going to be our team and considering you were too busy not looking for people I don't want you to complain about it. Otherwise, I might have to ask you to leave to dorm."
"Never said I was going to," I chuckle.
"I am just making sure," she sighs, then raises her voice. "Found him."
The five people then turn to meet us, they are all sitting around and we stop just short of them.
"Hey, Rey," one of the girls smiles at her. "And... (Y/N)? Right?"
I nod, offering a nice smile. "Correct, you are?"
"Katherine," she then tilts her head, "Can call me Kath, or Kat."

I mean I wasn't expecting a lot of Vastaya but having met two in a week has to mean something, right? I have been seeing quite a few roam around actually, more than I have ever seen when I was still in school.
Rey then looks at me through the corner of her eye. "Total Energy Control."
She giggles, "Uhm - it kind of doesn't explain much. I can convert, absorb, and manipulate most forms of energy. That and being a Vastaya I can also morph but that isn't all the strong considering whatever bloodline produced me wasn't exactly that strong."
Morph. An ability that allows you to practically shapeshift depending on your powers.
"Shado-"
Rey stops me. "Everyone knows what you can do so you don't have to explain it to them just yet."
She then sticks out her hand. "Pleased to meet you."
"You too."
