"Get this to the editor, I need this edited and released as soon as possible. Today." Nancy says while giving the papers to a guy. He nods his head and immediately begins to make his way out of Nancy's office to hand deliver the article. Nancy sighs after a moment, going to plop down in her chair and lean back. When she got to the post she started non stop writing the article, she is pretty sure that was the fastest she has ever wrote anything in her life.

Her phone on her office desk begins to ring, taking her out of her thoughts. "Yeah?"

"Nancy Steve is coming in to see you." Peggy, the receptionist says over the line, knowing Nancy never minds when Steve and also the others come to see her. Nancy made it known that she didn't have to ask if they can see her or not unless it was a insanely busy day.

"Okay." Nancy replies, hanging up the line and going to stand up. Soon enough the door opens to reveal Steve, him making his way over to her and hugging her tightly. "Hey."

"Hey is everything okay Nants?" Steve questions, going to look at her with a worried expression.

Nancy gives a little confused look, before covering it up with a smile. "Yeah. Yeah everything is fine. Why do you ask?"

"I don't know on the phone when you were in Illinois you seem a little down and today you just...I don't know you seem a little bothered." Steve says.

Nancy wants to immediately say that she is fine, that is her go to thing to always say when truly things are not fine or when she wants people to stop bothering her. She thinks about when she had her conversation with Mike, when he told her that it is okay to explain your feelings even though it might be small, even if we feel like it is not nothing, because it is everything to everyone else.

She guess Mike was right when he said they really didn't grow up on emotion, just purely logic, well at least logic on Karen's side. Karen was young when she married Ted, he had money and he was older, something a young girl likes together. It wasn't really love, maybe a little part of it was but that wasn't the foundation of the marriage. Nancy and Mike grew up knowing that their parents really didn't love each other as a husband and wife should love each other, so they really didn't get to see emotions explained, so they both had a hard time expressing their feelings.

Nancy decides that cannot happen anymore. Steve has been there for her through so much and he deserves to know the truth, even if Nancy thinks it is small. "Actually, maybe things aren't as great as I pan them out to be."

Steve nods his head, his face filling with concern. "Okay, talk to me tell me what's going on."

Nancy takes a little breath. "I haven't been...sleeping as well. In Illinois I had a dream. It wasn't anything big but I was running in the lab hallway and heard loud screams and that is when I woke up. I just haven't been sleeping as well." Nancy admits. "It's really not a big deal I can just-"

"No Nancy it is a big deal. Look I'll drop Max off and come back-"

"No Steve that is too long of a drive you'll be exhausted." Nancy says, taking some hair from away Steve's face. "Mike, Dustin El and Suzie said they'll stay with me for the time being. I'll be fine." Nancy assures.

"Nants-"

"It's okay, I'll be fine." Nancy assures again. She would love to have Steve there with her but she also does not want to exhaust him from driving the long distance both to Ohio and back. She goes to kiss him softly, assuring him once again that she is fine. "I'm fine, go on and get Max back to Lucas."

Steve nods his head. "Okay but you call me whenever you start feeling down and have a nightmare okay? You call me."

"I will. I love you." Nancy responds.
