This is another brand new chapter I wanted to write prior to the time jump! This chapter will be like 'The stages of Max Sinclair', the chapter going through different periods of time.

Memories.

Both crazy but the best memories that Lucas and Max both know that they will look back on and just either laugh hysterically at or just smile while leaning on each other. Because yes even though Amberlee is a lot like Max....

She is still her own unique person.

7 years old....

"You are being ridiculous!" Amir says while him and Amberlee go inside of the house.

"And you are being a complete annoyance!" Amberlee says back at him.

"Hey!" Nancy says, her going over to the both of them. "What's going on this time?"

"I don't know but you both are starting to fight to much." Steve says, his hands being rested on his hips.

"It's her!" Amir points at Amberlee. "She said I was getting on her nerves so she told the class about my butt scratches!"

"Wait your what?" Nancy and Steve question at the same time.

"My butt just sometimes itches and I need to scratch it and she made it known around the class and everyone started laughing." Amir says.

"Which means first of all maybe you should get some help with bathing and second don't make me mad!" Amberlee says.

"Ambie!" Steve scolds. "That is uncalled for."

"It's embarrassing Ambie!" Amir says. "It's only third grade! How would you feel if I did something like that?!"

"You wouldn't dare because I don't share my embarrassing memories with you." Amberlee says. "I keep myself protected."

"Ambie regardless Amir feels embarrassed and that wasn't right for you to do." Nancy says.

"Is it also not right that he kept annoying me while I was trying to work in peace?" Amberlee questions.

"Is that true Amir?" Nancy looks over at him.

"You could've just told me to stop!" Amir defends.

"I did!" Amberlee says back. "All you do is annoy me!"

"All you do is get on my nerves!" Amir says back. "You're the rudest! I hate you!"

"I hate you too!"

"Hey!" Steve yells. "No! This is not about to happen! Amberlee get in your room Amir come with us. We're talking to your parents young lady." Steve points at Amir.

Amberlee grumbles a little, her going over to her room and going to close it behind her, going to bathe herself.

"Did you know how that movie was going to end? You sure were smiling a lot." Lucas says while him and Max come inside of the house with joint hands a few hours later.

"No but your face was freaking hilarious." Max laughs.

"You guys." Steve says with his hands rested on his hips, Nancy having Amir on her lap while he cries.

"Amir." Max says sympathetically while crouching down in front of Amir. "What's wrong handsome?"

"Amberlee embarrassed him at school." Nancy says.

"Shit what happened?" Lucas questions.

"Something about butt scratches." Nancy nods.

"Huh?" Max questions. "Butt scratches?" Max and Lucas question in union.
