"Oh my goodness I cannot get this one part of this freaking line straight!" Max exclaims while looking in the small mirror in front of her while she applies makeup to her face. All her Eleven and Suzie are in the store doing their makeup to get ready for the championship game tonight. Eleven is in the employees only room curling her hair while Max leans over the counter applying her makeup, wearing green high waisted jeans and a white Hawkins High shirt with green suspenders and high rise sneakers. Suzie gets ready besides Max as well, her looking in the mirror as well.

"I gave up on eyeliner." Suzie admits.

"It just needs to be the same as this one! Why won't it go the same?!" Max pouts, holding the eyeliner pencil to her eyes, her red curly hair down her back.

"I had the same issue and I just gave up. I'm not really one for giving up but it's just makeup so." Suzie shrugs.

Soon enough Eleven makes her way out of the room, her brown now curly hair down her shoulders and around one shoulder, wearing her makeup as well. "All done."

"How? How did you get your eyeliner to be so perfect?" Max questions.

Eleven only smiles, going to take the eyeliner pencil from Max and slowly begin to draw the line on her eye, adding a little swing to it before putting down the pencil.

Max goes to look in the mirror, her throwing her hands up. "How did you do in two seconds what I have been trying to do for an hour?" Max questions.

"Because you're nervous." Eleven responds.

"Nervous how am I nervous?"

"You have been on edge Max." Suzie mentions.

"I haven't been on edge." Max shakes her head.

"Yes you have, because of the game tonight."

Max shrugs her shoulders a little. "Well yeah I have Hawkins spirit, I want them to win."

"Well I do know Lucas has been stressing how much he wants the team to win, so I think his stress is radiating off of you." Suzie says.

"Pfftt! No!" Max shakes her head, Suzie and Eleven just looking at Max with raised eyebrows. "Okay maybe."

"It's okay Max, it's okay to be nervous over something he is nervous for as well." Suzie says.

"Yeah. I just know that he cares about this team very much and he wants them to succeed." Max says, goin to hop up on the counter. "I mean he has formed a strong bond with them, they all love him. I really just can't deal with crushed faces if they loose this championship."

"Well they have been working hard, they will see it through." Eleven mentions.

Max nods her head, going to lean back on her hands. She sees how dedicated Lucas is to winning this championship. All day today he has been on edge about it and it has made Max grow nervous about it as well.

"And if all else fails just let him get drunk." Suzie shrugs.

"Never again." Max replies making both Suzie and Eleven laugh. "So when is Nancy suppose to be here to pick us up?"

"She should be here in a few." Eleven mentions while looking at her watch.

Max nods her head, going to pick up a magazine and begin to read through its contents. Honestly she really cannot concentrate on it the way she wants to be, she knows Lucas is already at the school now probably practicing with the boys and talking with them. Honestly she doesn't know why she is so nervous, but she honestly does, because everything that Lucas cares about she cares about, and when he feels anxious about something she feels it too, it is like they are on the same wavelength or frequency.
