Some of the soft music played in low volume on the radio can be heard in Max and Lucas room, both of them deciding on read a book they finally got to finished with some dramatic ending that caused them to talk about it until they fell asleep. The fire is close to going completely out in the fireplace, the book still on the bed while Lucas and Max cuddle into each other under the warm soft blankets.
After eating at the pizzeria most of the team decided to go to play some games at a nearby arcade before heading back home, all of them just wanting to someone more time together to celebrate more of the win. Lucas didn't mind it, they all went to the arcade and had a blast, but thereafter were just ready to crawl in bed. When Lucas and Max finally got their showers and got in bed they didn't feel tired so they decided to finish up on the book they were reading.
Even though Max can see now Lucas never stopped reading to her. Where Dustin and Suzie like their movies and Eleven and Mike like their games Lucas and Max like their books. Max enjoys it, it is like TV inside of her head. She can imagine it in her own ways rather than a scene being put in front of her that she has to watch. At first she did not read books at all, she never really had the patience for them, but she is glad Lucas still reads to her now even after she can see, because it is something she still very much enjoys.
The book got so good that they stayed up until one in the morning finishing it, then them talking for a straight hour about it before finally falling asleep. Now they sleep soundly with each other, their even breaths acting as a lullaby that makes them fall deeper into a peaceful slumber.
Suddenly the door is burst open making both Max and Lucas jump awake. Nancy Robin Steve and Johnathan make their way into Lucas and Max's room.
"What the hell?!" Max exclaims.
"Johnathan? What are you-hey!" Lucas exclaims, Steve and Johnathan going to pick up Lucas.
"Alright get her left I'll get her right." Robin mentions, Robin going to grab Max's right side while Nancy grabs her left, successfully picking Max up.
"What the hell are you all doing?! It's like seven in the morning!" Max exclaims, Nancy and Robin carrying her out of the room. "Hey! What is wrong with you both?! Put me down!"
"Don't resist! The more you fight the worse it gets." Robin mentions, her and Nancy carrying Max down the stairs.
"The hell you on about?" Max questions in a irritated tone, she can hear how Lucas fights with Johnathan and Steve. "Seriously what are you guys doing?!"
Robin and Nancy carry Max outside, Nancy going to open the trunk of her car and both of them putting Max inside of it. Max looks up to see Eleven in the car as well, still in her pajamas, as well as Suzie and Vicki as well.
"Let me guess, they burst your door open and carried you out of bed?" Suzie questions, rubbing her eyes while saying so.
"What is going on?!" Max questions bewildered.
"I have no idea! But I'm so excited!" Vicki says while smiling.
Max just looks at Vicki with a confused expression. "Okay clearly you're a morning person. I am not, so I need to know why the hell I was taken from my bed and kidnapped."
Nancy and Robin go to get in the car, Nancy in the drivers seat while Robin is in the passenger seat. Eleven looks just as confused as Max, her wondering as well what is going on.
"Did they do the same to you?" Max directs at Eleven.
"Yeah." Eleven yawns.
"Are you all ready?!" Robin questions with excitement, Nancy going to start up the car.
