Lucas rocks his knee more, his forearms on the table while his mind goes a million miles a minute. He hasn't talked to Max in hours, he knows of everything and what everyone is doing but it is already night time, it is already midnight technically the next day, and he still doesn't know if anyone found anything or not.

He knows everyone else is just as nervous as he is. Robin and Vicki sit across from him, both nervous expressions on their faces, Dustin stands against the wall with his arms crossed, Mike pacing to and fro in the room.

Lucas closes his eyes briefly, his nails sounding against the table before he sighs out and looks at Mike. "Can you please stop pacing?" Mike stops, him going to sit down on the edge of the table. He can barely keep still, him rocking his knee a little making the table move a little. Robin and Vicki go to glance at him, Lucas just gritting his teeth slightly before looking over at Mike. "Mike stop it!" He scolds.

"I'm sorry! It's been hours! I'm getting nervous." Mike says.

"Yeah I know! If not figured out in enough time I go to prison for a 'supposed murder' I didn't even commit!" Lucas exclaims while quoting with his fingers. Lucas sighs out when he sees Mike look down as well as the others. "I'm sorry I didn't mean to yell."

"No man I understand I get it, I just...I just hope they all get something." Mike says.

Lucas nods his head, him looking ahead of him at the closed blinds from the outside. "Yeah, yeah me too."

Nancy and the others make their way into the station quickly, Hopper seeing them and quickly going over to them. "My office come on!" Hopper says quickly, all of them making way into the office and Hopper closing the door behind him, Evelyn in the office as well. "What did you find out?"

"Frank made it, it will air on the news later tonight that he did." Nancy starts.

"Okay and?" Hopper questions.

All eyes turn to Eleven, seeing her taking out the recorder. She goes to set it down on the table, her pressing the button before it begins to play.

They all listen as Frank explains all that happened as to why he got physically attacked, and how Eleven asked the specific questions to absolutely prove that Joshua Chance and Andy did this instead of Lucas.

"So this will definitely work right?" Nancy questions after it gets done playing.

"Yes it will. That is Frank openly admitting to them all physically attacking him and proving Lucas innocence." Evelyn says.

"So he is free to go right?" Suzie questions.

"Yeah, he's free to go." Evelyn answers.

All of them breath out in relief, them all going to smile at each other.

The door opens to reveal Steve and Max making their way inside of the door, Steve closing it behind him. "Did you all find anything?" Eleven questions.

"Yeah did you?" Max questions back.

Eleven nods, her going to play the tape again. Max crosses her arms while she goes to listen to it, her jaw clenching more and more the more she listens to Frank explain what happened. After the tape is done Eleven shuts it off, her going to look at Max.

"What did you find?" Eleven questions.

Max doesn't respond, she feels her anger flare up more and more.

"Max?" Nancy asks.

"Give it to me." Max holds out her hand. Eleven glances at Max before she gives the recorder to Max. "Let Lucas know everything is okay now." Max says before she goes to make her way out of the door.
