"I'm going to kill him." Lucas states simply, him lightly pacing around the couch in the living room.

"Lucas you have to calm down-" Charles tries.

"I am tired!" He starts while glaring at Charles. "Of people telling me to calm down!"

"Well you need to." Erica states simply. "You think I have forgotten what they have done? You think any of us have forgotten what they have done? No! If I could I would chop all of their dicks off!"

"Erica!"

"Just the facts!"

"The point is that...we can't loose control man. Despite what happened." Mike states.

"Did you hear what he said about Max?" Lucas directs at Mike.

"Yeah, yeah I did man." Mike responds while lightly rubbing his forehead.

"And I am suppose to just sit there?" Lucas rhetorically questions.

"Lucas, you have to remember what happened before. With Chad, with Frank." Eleven mentions.

"Things probably would have been much more worse if Robert didn't stop you Lucas." Sue mentions.

"It is a hard situation it really is, but you have proven yourself to be the best coach for this team. You will prove it again." Karen adds in.

"So this was the boards decision?" Hopper questions.

"Yes, the stupid board decided on trying to hire the idiots that came to our hotel to beat me, Mike, Dustin and oh! Almost forgot! Choke out my damn sister!" Lucas exclaims.

"And we haven't forgotten that Lucas!" Dustin says.

"Basically there is no choice, there is nothing we can do about this situation." Mike deadpans.

"All you can do is prove yourself to the board. Prove yourself at the board meeting tomorrow and during this whole...seeing who will be hired thing." Steve adds in.

"Just why?! Why would they consider him?!" Lucas yells.

"Because the world doesn't revolve around Lucas Sinclair." Erica deadpans.

"Erica!"

"Just the facts! Lucas listen, this is the world we live in. There are going to be people who care and people who don't. We have to adapt to that and push through, not let ourselves get angry over every single situation that doesn't work out like the way we want it to." Erica states.

"I know it's hard seeing their faces again, it is bringing up older not so good memories. We have to conquer that." Robin adds in.

"And no one said it wasn't going to be easy Lucas." Joyce mentions.

"But the board has seen how good you have been with the boys, that won't just fly out of the window." Sue says.

"Yeah well apparently it has they are looking for new people." Lucas responds curtly.

Mike just shakes his head while scoffing, Eleven's hands on him. "Lucas did you not hear anything we just said to you?"

"I am hearing you Mike but it still doesn't make any damn sense! They know my situation! They know who they are!" Lucas yells.

"Yeah you're right! It sucks! But guess what as Erica said that's just how the world works. Joshua upholds some type of experience with coaching and that is what Employers do, seek out people with experience." Mike states firmly.

"Look I get it alright! I get it! But at the end of the day it still doesn't make any damn sense! They have seen the records! They have seen the three trophies we brought back and it is because of this team being family! Not because of better experience!" Lucas yells.
