The Final Hearing part 2 (More Hehe)

"Alright class that is it for the day."

Valerie makes her way out of the class, putting her backpack strap more over her shoulder, seeing Nancy a few classrooms down by the door talking with some students, her going to make her way to her.

"And remember anything is possible and don't let anyone bring you down, which you all being young women it will be harder for you guys, but nothing you all can't accomplish." Nancy explains.

"Misses Harrington." Valerie says to Nancy, Nancy looking at her. "May I talk to you? About my journalism assignment I need your professional critique."

"Of course, you ladies have a good day." Nancy says, the girls smiling while walking away, her and Valerie beginning to walk side by side. "What is it Valerie?"

"I won't tell anyone." Valerie turns to her. "I promise but I may have something that can help the court case? I want to be sure Coach is in good hands."

Nancy turns to look at her. "I'm listening."

"Okay so Tarah's brother I know you don't know him but he is a idiot and he went to scare Tarah in the girls bathroom and they were in the corner fighting when Katrina came in the bathroom." Valerie explains. "Tarah said that she was getting ready, had a short red dress on and how she was saying in the mirror that Max Sinclair could never compete with her." She whispers.

Nancy clenches her jaw a little. "Goddamn idiot."

"Yeah but the thing is that Tarah saw this and the brother but they don't want to testify." Valerie mentions. "They had a severe case with a custody battle when they were young and court brings to many bad memories."

"I see." Nancy nods her head. "Are you willing to testify?"

Valerie shrugs a little. "I mean...yeah but I don't know if I could be of much help."

"You can be...if you do something for me, to help with Lucas." Nancy mentions.

Valerie nods her head in understanding.

"I'm listening."

Evelyn makes her way to the podium, her going to open her file. "Miss Casstontia you have Lucas Sinclair for fifth period Algebra two class correct?"

"That is correct." Valerie nods.

"Could you explain from your point of view the occurrence between Lucas Sinclair and Katrina Lover?" Evelyn questions.

"Okay." Valerie nods. "So you know we were in the middle of doing school work and Max came to visit, then she left when Miss Lover said that Nancy was asking for her. After Max left then Miss Lover introduced herself....wearing some interesting selection of clothing."

"Could you describe what she was wearing?" Evelyn questions.

"Yes so it was a skirt to the upper thigh area, then a blouse with like...half of the buttons unbuttoned and her tank top was down low shaking way to much cleavage." Valerie explains. "And heels. Now if you ask me that looks like a style to go clubbing, not really giving off a good first impression to teach at a high school, unless she was trying to impress someone."

"I agree." Evelyn mentions. "And Miss Casstontia why did you get the impression that Miss Lover was flirting with Lucas Sinclair?"

"For one what she was wearing." Valerie starts. "Then she just kept giving compliments like a great coach, a great teacher and also a great father, all greet qualities to have and that he was just simply amazing and admirable. And of course yeah we all think that but her body language was clearly giving off that she was flirting." Valerie explains. "She was running her hand through her hair, smiling a little to much at him and seeming like she laughed at every little thing he said even though he wasn't even being funny, I could tell Coach was starting to feel uncomfortable but he was still polite."
