Chapter 19. Meeting Zane

Aria POV
"Are you okay Aria do you still have a bad feeling?" Layla asked me noticing I wasn't talking much. "N-no I-I'm s-sorry I-it's p-probably c-cause I j-just w-woke u-up." I explained lying to her so she wouldn't worry.

"It's okay as long as your okay." She said smiling at me. I went inside the fridge to grab me a drink and Layla. "L-Layla d-do y-you w-want c-coke o-or s-sprite?" I asked her standing on my toes to reach it but she never responded. "L-Layla."

I called her again turning around to see why she wasn't answering. "Please tell me they don't belong to either of you." A man that was almost as tall as Caleb that I never seen in my life stood before me and Layla next to Caleb and Aaron.

"Knock it off Zane you didn't even introduce yourself yet and your already trying to steal our wives." Aaron said walking towards Layla noticing how quiet she got.

I put the drinks down on the kitchen counter so I wouldn't drop them. "Wait you guys are married. When did this happen? Why wasn't I invited to the wedding?" The man named Zane said looking at Caleb and Aaron shocked.

"Mommy can we go in the backyard to play please." Ace came running towards me with Max. "S-sure b-but w-wait f-for m-me." I told him picking him up to hold him. "You guys have kids too?" Zane said even more shocked now.

"Who are you?" Ace asked him with a questionable expression. "That's Zane Ace he's going to be staying here for awhile." Caleb explained. "Come here princess." He called me over to him.

I walked over to him with Ace in my arms. "This is my wife Aria and my son Ace." Caleb introduced us to Zane. I shook his hand holding Caleb's hand feeling nervous about meeting someone new.

"I'm Zane." He said his voice deep and gruff like Caleb's but a little lighter in a way. "H-hello." I said letting go of his hand. "What happened to your hand?" Ace asked him boldly. "That a story for when you get older little man."

Aaron introduced Layla and Max before we went in the backyard so Ace and Max could play. I sat next to Caleb scooting closer to him wrapping my arm around his.

"Relax princess he's not a stranger I know him since I was little. Me and Aaron grew up with him." Caleb whispered to me noticing how uneasy I felt. "C-can w-we t-talk l-later?" I whispered into his ear.

He nodded his head to respond to me kissing my cheek softly. I got up so I could go watch Ace and Max with Layla.

I didn't care that Zane was staying with us if Caleb needed him to be here then I was fine with that. I was uneasy about meeting him at first but now I'm fine.

I just have a really bad feeling and I don't know why and I keep trying to ignore it but it's getting stressful. I played with Ace and Max chasing them around with Layla keeping my mind distracted from the bad feeling I kept having.

"I g-got y-you M-Max!" I grabbed him twirling us around tickling him making him giggle loudly. "Mommy save me!" He yelled for Layla I let her take him he stuck his tongue at me I did the same back to him.

We played and played until both Ace and Max couldn't play anymore because of how tired they were. We all went inside the house grabbing something to drink enjoying the cool air conditioning.

"That was fun." Ace said sitting at the kitchen counter with Max. "Princess." I heard Caleb call for me. "I-in t-the k-kitchen!" I yelled back. "Come in our room." He said.

I went upstairs to our bedroom he was already in there sitting on our bed. I walked up to him between his legs kissing his lips craving his soft lips on mine. "What did you want to talk about princess?" He asked me while pecking my lips.

I looked into his eyes I knew he was stressed out already so I didn't know if I should tell him or just keep this bad feeling to myself.

I kissed his lips again not knowing what to do he pulled away from my lips forcing me to look at him.

"Tell me princess." He said demandingly. "I-it's n-nothing I j-just m-miss y-you." I kissed his lips again to hide my blushing face from him for lying to him.

"Stop lying to me princess I noticed something has been bothering you since yesterday."

He made me sit on his lap I couldn't lie to him ever he always knew what was wrong with me he read me like a book that's how much he paid attention to me.

"You know you can tell me anything princess. I know I'm stressed out but I don't care about that I only care about you and Ace. Now tell daddy what's wrong and don't lie to me princess."

"I h-have a r-really b-bad f-feeling a-and I d-don't k-know w-why." I explained being honest to him. "I-it's p-probably n-nothing I-I'm j-just o-overthinking." I said trying to make the situation better.

"No your not princess if you have a bad feeling about something there has to be a reason for it." He said. "Look at me princess." I looked at him.

"Don't stress yourself too much about it I'll figure out what's wrong and I'll make it all better okay princess?"

I nodded my head I knew he would figure it out he always did. He kissed me on my lips again pulling me into him making me moan into his mouth.

I grabbed onto his shirt on his shoulders deepening the kiss by slithering my tongue into his mouth. He squeezed my butt cheeks pulling me impossibly closer into him.

"Caleb!" Aaron called for him I slowly pulled away from his lips whining softly because we had to stop. I tried moving away from him while he stood back up from our bed. He pulled me by my neck roughly smashing our lips back together.

I whimpered letting his tongue into my mouth this time holding onto his forearms. I ran my fingers through his hair kissing him feverishly slowly forgetting Aaron needed him for something.

"Caleb." This time Zane called for him. "D-daddy." I said but he continued kissing me. "T-their c-calling y-you." I said through each kiss we shared.

He finally pulled away from my lips kissing my cheek. "Caleb." Zane said knocking on our bedroom door Caleb opened it almost angrily.

"What Zane?" He said annoyed by them Calling him. "What crawled up your ass and died? Your phone was ringing with some unknown number." He explained handing Caleb my phone.

Caleb looked at me and I looked at him confused as to why an unknown number was calling my phone. "Did you answer?" Caleb asked him.

"Yeah it was a guy but once he heard my voice he hung up." He explained. "Princess has this number been calling you for awhile now?" He asked me.

"N-no t-this I-is t-the f-first t-time I h-heard a-about t-this." I explained confused about this. "Could that be who stole the file?" Zane asked. "I don't know I hope not but we need to find out."
