Aria POV
After he explained his past to me I gave him a moment to himself to just let him recover from telling me everything he had to go through as a child.

I had more questions I wanted to ask him but I was scared I was going to trigger his anger too much. I didn't want him to push me away that's the last thing I needed right now.

I barely knew anything about his past so apart of me was curious and needed to know what he went through. I knew I deserved to know it too we've ignored this conversation for way too long.

I've felt a few scars that he covered with his tattoos but I never asked him about it because I was afraid he would push me away.

It made sense why he didn't like anyone touching him especially when he was angry. "I know you want more answers princess so go ahead and ask." He spoke up making me pick up my head from laying on his chest.

"W-what m-makes y-you t-think t-that d-daddy?" He was right I did have more questions but I didn't want to push my luck with him. "Because your way too quiet princess. Go ahead I'm willing to answer them now you deserve to know everything."

"I've kept this away from you too long I'm wrong for that. If anyone can relate to me it's you only you can understand the disappointment and anger I felt. So ask me anything you feel like you need an answer to."

I looked into his eyes to make sure he was okay he looked angry and hurt but it wasn't because of me it was all the memories he kept bottled up.

"A-are y-you s-sure d-daddy?" I asked him wanting to make sure that he was okay with it. "Yes princess go ahead." I kissed his lips softly hugging him for a moment.

"I love you daddy." I whispered softly to him without stuttering so he understood how proud I was of him for opening up to me about this. "I love you too princess."

"W-what k-kind o-of m-messages d-did t-they w-write I-in y-your s-skin?" I asked him curiously. "I don't really remember all of them because I was really young but there is one that my mother did that I remember clearly."

He pulled his shirt up taking it off completely. "Right here she wrote with a kitchen knife 'your skin is my paper' she wrote that in my chest after she tied me down on my bed."

I looked at his chest trying to see if I could see the scars or outlines of the words she wrote in his skin. "You won't see it princess touch me and you'll feel it." I hesitated to touch him afraid I was going too far with this.

He noticed my hesitation and grabbed my hand pulling it towards his chest running my fingers over the scars she made in his beautiful skin. He traced my fingers over each word she pierced into his chest with a knife.

I could feel how the scars were fading away but they were still there theses were scars that were probably never going to fade away completely only enough so you can't see them anymore.

He dragged my hand lower down his chest towards his right side above his waist. "This is what my dad did with his belt." He explained to me while I felt the scar with my finger tips.

Tears welled up in my eyes the more he dragged my hands over more of the scars they made on him. He had over 20 scars of writing and from being beaten with a belt every night by his dad and mother.

"This one hurt the most out of all of them." He pulled his pants down just a little more revealing his boxers. He pulled them down a little revealing a tattoo that he had on his hip bone of a knife that was on fire with a broken rose that was turning into ashes.

"She came home drunk and high on drugs because my father left us. She came in my room while I was sleeping and took a lighter to heat up the blade on a small pocket knife."
