Caleb POV
I got up from the bed carefully so I wouldn't wake Aria up from her sleep. I pulled the covers off of her noticing the dark crimson red color of blood all over the bed sheets and on her nightgown.

I walked into the bathroom to turn on the bath for her so I could clean her up. I walked back into the room she was still asleep not even realizing the accident she had on the bed.

I pulled her nightgown up slowly taking it off of her and then her completely bloody underwear off as well. I walked back into the bathroom throwing her nightgown and her ruined underwear in the trash can.

That was her favorite nightgown she was going to be upset about it but I had no problem buying her another one. I softly shook her to wake up she whimpered softly turning on her side facing me her eyes slowly opening tiredly.

"Wake up princess I need to take you a bath baby." I told her softly brushing her hair out of her face for her. "W-why I-I'm t-tired d-daddy?" She asked me tiredly.

"I know you are let me just get you cleaned up and we can both go back to sleep I promise." I reassured her. She looked at me confused until she looked down at the sheet and between her legs that were covered in period blood.

Her cheeks flared up with a bright red hue out of embarrassment and her eyes filled with tears as she looked away from me too embarrassed and shy to look at me now.

"I-I'm s-sorry d-daddy I d-didn't k-know." She apologized frantically as she sat up on our bed scared and embarrassed of the mess she made unconsciously.

"Hey it's okay princess don't be embarrassed I know you didn't mean to." I said to her gently trying to keep her calm instead of panicking like she was already starting to.

"Come here princess." She hesitantly crawled over to me as small tears rolled down her cheeks. I picked her up carefully kissing her cheeks softly to comfort her. "Don't cry princess it's okay to make mistakes." I explained to her.

She wrapped her arms around my neck securely hiding her face in my chest as I carried her into our bathroom. I slowly sat her down inside the tub filled with warm water.

"Stop crying princess you did nothing wrong." I wiped her tears kissing her head softly. "I-I'm j-just s-scared." She cried to me making me confused on what she was scared about.

"Scared of what princess?" I asked her concerned. "T-that y-you're g-gonna g-get a-angry a-and b-beat m-me." She explained to me through sobs causing my heart to sink in the pit of my stomach.

"Why would I do that princess?" I asked her lifting her head up to look at me. "B-because t-thats w-what E-Elizabeth w-would d-do a-and a-aren't y-you t-tired o-of a-always t-taking-.." I shushed her not even wanting to hear the rest.

"First off, I'm not Elizabeth nor am I Andrew princess. Second, I will never put my hands on you for the wrong reasons or stupid things that I know you can't control."

"And I will never get tired of you, helping you, caring for you, nor will I ever get tired of loving you so stop doubting me because I'm not going anywhere and I'm not going to hurt you either." I kissed her tears away.

I knew she had a nightmare that's why she was so upset right now. "Stop crying princess daddy isn't mad at you I promise." I wet her hair scrubbing her hair and body with her favorite soap while she slowly calmed down.

"I'm gonna go change the sheet you relax princess." I kissed her cheek softly. "O-okay I-I'm s-sorry f-for m-making a m-mess o-on o-our b-bed." She apologized once more.

"It's alright princess stop apologizing, you have nothing to apologize for you did nothing wrong princess." I kissed her lips softly smiling at her softly so she wouldn't feel bad anymore.
