Chapter 140. Deadly conversations

Aria POV
I was so tired but I didn't want to fall asleep yet. "D-daddy." I called for him to see if he fell asleep yet. "Hmm." He answered pulling me closer into his chest.

"A-are y-you s-sleeping?" I asked him wanting to make sure. "No princess." He sat up on the bed turning on the lamp on his nightstand to lighten up the dark room.

"Let's go take a bath together and get you all cleaned up it'll help you fall asleep." I nodded my head sitting up on the bed to go with him. "Let me go get everything set up and then I'll come get you." He told me.

"D-don't t-take l-long d-daddy." I told him not liking the idea of him leaving me alone even if it was just to the bathroom right across from me in our bedroom.

"Don't worry princess I'll be back quick." He kissed my forehead softly before walking away to the bathroom to set it up for us. I was so lucky to have him in my life he always took care of me so well.

I don't know what I would have done if I didn't meet him or interrupted his meeting with Elizabeth and Andrew that day in the dining room of their house.

If I knew me simply interrupting him and simply looking into his cold eyes would change my life forever I would do it again in a heartbeat just to have him in my life forever.

He came back from the bathroom I smiled happily as he picked me up from the bed carrying me into the bathroom with him. "I a-appreciate y-you s-so m-much d-daddy." I kissed his cheek thanking him for always taking care of me.

He kissed my lips appreciatively before putting me inside the tub filled with warm water and bubbles. He got in the tub behind me pulling me back by my waist allowing me to lay back against him.

We stayed quiet just relaxing in the tub together. I played with his fingers tracing the tattoos on his hand and fingers. I twirled his ring around his ring finger he never took it off since I put it on his finger on our wedding.

I brought his hand up to my lips kissing his ring and ring finger with a small smile on my lips. He was so precious and important in my life I think I would literally die without him.

He pulled my head back against his chest kissing my head and forehead repeatedly. "What's my pretty little princess thinking about that's got you smiling so beautifully?" He asked me making me smile even more.

"Y-you d-daddy." I blushed hiding my face in the corner of his neck. He smiled kissing my rosy red cheek softly. "I'm glad I'm making you smile even when I'm doing nothing." He told me proudly.

He started scrubbing my body and hair for me allowing me to do the same for him. I used the bubbles in the water to make small hearts on his chest even writing my name over his chest as well.

He washed the shampoo out of my hair for me after I did his for him. "Close your eyes so I don't get any soap in your eyes princess." He told me. I closed my eyes leaning my head back so he could wash the soap out of my hair for me.

Once he finished washing the rest of the soap out of my hair he kissed my forehead to let me know he finished. "Stand up for me princess." I stood up in the tub he got up as well stepping out the tub to get me a towel.

He wrapped one around his waist and then wrapped me in another towel like a burrito before picking me up to carry me to our bed. He sat me down on the couch instead of the bed so he could change the sheet on our bed.

I got up to come help him put the new sheet on. "No sit down princess I got it." He told me making me sit back down on the couch. I watched as he put our pillows back nicely and the blanket making it comfy again.

Once he finished the bed I ran towards the bed jumping on top of it. I laid down on my back so he could get me dressed in one of his shirts.

He got dressed in a pair of his boxers before getting me dressed in his shirt and another pair of his boxers. "Get under the blanket now." He patted my ass encouraging me to go under the covers.
