Chapter 92. Christmas lights

Aria POV
I went to my room to get ready to go out with everyone. We were going to walk around time square to see all the Christmas decorations.

"Aria can I come in?" Layla knocked on my bedroom door. "Y-yeah" she opened the door walking inside with Abby and Sammy. "You look gorgeous!" Sammy said grabbing my hand to twirl me around.

"I can't get over how big and beautiful your belly is." Sammy added rubbing my stomach making me smile. "T-thank y-yo-.." "there's a lizard!" Layla screamed making me jump towards Sammy.

"Where?" Abby asked running out of the bedroom with us. "Close the door so it doesn't come out!" Layla shouted to Sammy. "What's wrong Layla?" Aaron asked her running up the stairs to her.

"There's a lizard in Arias room." She explained to him. Caleb walked towards me with a worried expression. "Your okay right? Nothing happened to you?" Caleb asked me.

I-I'm f-fine b-but t-there's a l-lizard I-in o-our r-room w-who's g-going t-to t-take I-it o-out?" I asked him scared of the lizard. "It's okay I'll take it out you go downstairs." He reassured me.

"Layla help her downstairs please so she doesn't hurt herself." He told Layla kissing my cheek. "Come on Aria." She grabbed my hand helping me go down the stairs slowly so I wouldn't fall.

"Mom can I have some chocolate?" Ace asked me when I made it down the stairs. I knew Caleb wouldn't want me to give him any sweets right now.

"S-sure b-but d-don't t-tell d-daddy." I whispered to him. "Thank you mommy." He whispered back taking the sneaker mini from me to eat it. I walked into the kitchen to fill up my purse with snacks before we left.

"Aria Caleb is waiting for you outside by the car with Ace." Zane told me. "O-okay." I shut the pantry door speed walking out of the kitchen with a piece of slim Jim sticking out of my mouth.

I was speed walking outside to the car almost tripping but Caleb quickly caught me. "Slow down princess." He picked me up carrying me the rest of the way to the car.

I smiled at him eating the rest of my slim Jim. "You silly girl." He smiled at me with a little laugh. He sat me down in the passenger seat Ace was already in his car seat buckled up.

"H-here A-Ace." I handed him another chocolate bar while Caleb wasn't looking. "Ooo thank you mommy." He grabbed the chocolate from me happily. "E-eat i-it f-fast b-before d-daddy s-see's."

Caleb finally got in the car so we could leave. Zane and Abby went in their own car the same with Layla, Aaron, and Max. Sammy and Earl and all their kids. All of them following behind us as Caleb drove us towards time Square.

                            55 minutes later...

We finally found a parking lot for all of us near time square. The traffic was horrendous I was getting frustrated and I wasn't even driving.

Caleb was carrying Ace while holding my hand when we had to cross the street. It was freezing outside and snowing but the Christmas decorations they put up were so worth coming to look at.

Mine and Aces eyes brightened up when we looked up at all the decorations they put up. "I-it's b-beautiful." I said more to myself but loud enough for Caleb and Ace to hear me.

Layla and Aaron were standing on my side while everyone else was standing beside Caleb or in front of us.

"Dad look thats Rudolf." Ace pointed towards the huge screen showing us a 3D image of Santa Clause on his sleigh with all his reindeer.

"Go play with Ronnie and Max just don't go too far." Caleb told Ace putting him down so he could go play with them in the snow with Ronnie's older siblings Jaden and Jayla.
