Chapter 25. Meeting up

Aaron POV
I went inside the basement Zane was still alive which surprised the hell out of me. "Caleb I found Aria." As soon as her name came out my mouth he turned around and looked at me.

"Where is she?" He asked hoarsely. "Let go of Zane and I'll tell you." I convinced him. He began to unchain Zane not even bothering to hold him up he just let him drop to the floor on his knees.

"Well damn you fucking asshole." Zane cursed Caleb while groaning in pain. "Ron you help Zane while we're gone." I told Ron who was behind me.

"No I'm coming too there's no way your leaving me here after what I just endured for the past 8 hours." Zane argued standing up cautiously.

"Fine but Ron is coming with us so he can clean up your wounds." I sternly said. "As long as I get to see the fucking bastard that took Caleb's girl." Zane replied trying to suppress the pain he was feeling.

I helped him get out of the basement so we could leave it was 1:02 in the morning we needed to leave now. "He wants to take over the Black Widows in return for Aria." I explained to Caleb while Jerry drove us.

"What do you mean he wants to take over that's Caleb's isn't Ace suppose to take over?" Zane defended Caleb. "I'm not letting him take over Aaron what the fuck did you say to him?" Caleb angrily spoke up.

"I told him we would do it but, he doesn't know that you're going to be there with me and I know something he doesn't." I explained to them but I just made them even more confused.

"What the fuck are you talking about Aaron you're not making any sense right now." Zane said confused. "I'm saying that I know who took Aria and he's scared of Caleb." I explained now making sense to them.

"Who is it Aaron? Do you want me to hurt you or something fucking spit it out already." Caleb said threateningly. "Chill just think Caleb who was the one person who was always talking shit about every little thing you did." I said wanting him to remember.

He took a moment thinking to himself trying to remember who I was talking about. "Just think about it Caleb he was around us all the time." I told him mindfully.

"It only makes sense cause he's the only one that knows our name, Arias name, that you have a kid. Where you live, how you act, when you're angry it can only be someone that's witnessed all of it with us." I explained to him.

His expression soon changed back to anger but this was more than anger it was rage he knew exactly who I was talking about. "It was Cameron wasn't it?" He asked looking at me for confirmation.

I nodded my head confirming that it was indeed Cameron who kidnapped Aria. "I'm fucking confused help me out would you Aaron?" Zane said annoyed.

"I'll tell you later we need to get Aria back now." I looked up ahead noticing the head lights of another car.

"We're here guys." Jerry confirmed. We got out of the car he had Aria at gun point holding her back against him with his little minions surrounding him. "Fucking pussy." I thought to myself.

"He's surrounded by us and he doesn't even know it I promise Caleb she's coming home tonight." I whispered for only him and Zane to hear. "You sure you can handle fighting Zane." I asked because he was already in a lot of pain.

"I'm fine let's fuckin kill these idiots." He said excitedly. We walked in front of the car revealing ourselves to him and Aria. "Your late." He said angrily.

"Yeah by a fucking minute what are you gonna die because of your obsession with twos Cameron?" Caleb mocked him. Zane began to laugh at Caleb's remark towards Cameron making him angry.

"How did you find out?" He asked you could hear the fear in his voice but he tried to clear his throat to cover up the sound of his fear. "Easy you think I'm that stupid not to figure out that it's you Cameron." Caleb replied to him.

One by one every single one of his little minions began to drop dead in front of him and behind him by each sniper we had. Caleb began to laugh as he watched all of them drop dead and seen the fear in Cameron's eyes.

We all began to walk towards him. "Drop the gun Cameron you don't have the balls to kill anyone. You don't even know how to hold a fucking gun how pathetic." Caleb bullied him. 

"Stay back I will shoot her!" He yelled trying to sound confident while his hand was shaking as he held the gun to Arias head.

"Relax Cameron you look like you're going to piss yourself. Just put the gun down you know you're too weak to handle a gun let alone a whole mafia." Caleb said in a dangerously calm tone.

The closer we walked up to him the more fear crossed over his face. "If I let her go will you let me go?" He asked stupidly. "Now you know that won't happen Cameron I gave you a chance already and you fucked up again."

Before Cameron could even react Zane yanked the gun from his hand while I pulled Aria behind me. "Take her home Aaron leave Zane with me." Caleb instructed me.

I took Aria in the car Ron was already prepared to check on her. I slowly peeled off the tape from her mouth while Ron untied the rope from her arms. She was crying I pulled her in for a hug to calm her down. "You're safe now." I whispered to her.

"I-is A-Ace o-okay?" She asked through sobs. "He's fine Aria I took the bullet. He misses you." I reassured her. "Jerry take us to Caleb's house." I told Jerry so we could leave.

"Did he hurt you anywhere else Aria tell me so Ron can help you." She nodded her head tiredly still crying. "I w-want C-Caleb p-please I n-need h-him." She cried pushing away from me scooting closer to the window of the car.

"I know you need him but you know Caleb isn't going to come back until he finishes killing Cameron." I told her honestly. She looked away from me still crying looking out the window curled up in the seat with her head against the window.

Whatever Cameron did to her traumatized her she wanted to tell me something but I could tell she was scared to say it. She went silent after a few minutes she wasn't even crying anymore.

When we got to Caleb's house she ran out of the car to go in the house "A-Ace!" She yelled running upstairs for him. I followed her Layla opened the door where her and Max were hanging out with Ace.

"Mommy what happened to you?" Ace asked her when she picked him up hugging him. "N-nothing." She told him her tears returning she walked away with Ace going in hers and Caleb's bedroom.

"What happened Aaron?" Layla asked me worriedly. "Everything should be fine now we got her back and we found out it was Cameron who held her captive." I explained to her. "Cameron the one Caleb kicked out? She asked.

"You guys get some rest and watch her Layla let her have some space but if she needs anything help her. I love you both." I said to her and Max kissing their heads before I left to find Caleb and Zane.
