Chapter 108. Bittersweet news

Aria POV
Jerry held like ten boxes in his hands for me while I signed the papers for the mailman to confirm I received my packages. "I'll be back soon with more packages." The mailman said to me smiling.

"T-thank y-you I-I'm s-sorry." I apologized to him feeling bad about all the packages I had that he was going to have to deliver to me.

"Your fine ma'am it's the holidays everyone is shopping for things online nowadays." The mailman replied.

"T-thank y-you." I told him again before walking inside the house with Jerry so he could bring my packages upstairs for me.

"Careful Aria I don't need Caleb killing me for letting you fall." Jerry said making me laugh as I walked up the stairs slowly.

I opened my bedroom door letting him walk inside so he could put the packages on my bed for me.

"T-thank y-you J-Jerry." He smiled putting all the packages on my bed. "Your welcome I'll bring the rest of the packages when they come." He replied. "T-thank y-you." I told him before he walked out of my bedroom.

I started opening all the packages taking out all the things I got everyone for Christmas so I could wrap it in the pretty Christmas wrapping paper that Caleb bought for me at the store today.

I sat on the floor slowly so I wouldn't fall over because of my humongous stomach. I rolled out the wrapping paper placing the first item that I got for Ace on the paper using my scissors to cut the right amount of wrapping paper I needed to wrap the gift.

I used the tape to seal the wrapping paper in place, I then used my sharpie to write Aces name then mine and Caleb's name for buying him the gift. To finish it off I added a bow on top of the present.

I continued doing this process for the rest of the gifts that me and Caleb got for everyone else for Christmas. I couldn't wait for everyone to open their presents I was so excited about it.

Once I finished wrapping the last gift for Layla I tried getting up from the floor which was a struggle for me. "Princess." I heard Caleb say as he walked inside our bedroom.

"H-help m-me p-please." I held up my hands for him to help me stand up. He grabbed my hands pulling me up slowly from the floor. "I was looking all over for you." He kissed my forehead pulling me into his arms.

"W-why d-did I d-do s-something w-wrong?" I asked him worriedly. "No princess you did nothing wrong I just missed my pretty girl." I smiled looking up at him as he hugged me.

"I love you." He said against my lips kissing me gently. "I-I'm s-sorry b-but w-who d-do y-you l-love?" I teased him. "You know what I mean princess."

I acted stupid nodding my head acting like I didn't know what he meant. "I d-don't k-know w-who y-you l-love." I told him sarcastically. "I love Aria Blackwood, my wife, my little princess. Is that better?" He asked me making me giggle.

"Y-yes." I hugged him even tighter. "Say it back now don't leave me hanging." He cupped my cheeks with his hands making me look up at him. "I l-love y-you t-too d-daddy." He kissed my forehead softly.

"Such a good girl for me." He praised. "I-I'm s-so h-hungry y-you h-haven't f-fed m-me o-or o-our b-babies n-nothing a-all d-day d-daddy." I pushed away from him rubbing my stomach pouting at him.

"I asked you like 15 minutes ago if you were hungry and you said no." He reasoned. "T-that w-was 15 m-minutes a-ago I-I'm h-hungry n-now." I complained. 

"D-daddy d-doesn't l-love u-us a-anymore." I spoke to my stomach making him laugh. "Come on so I can feed my needy pregnant princess." I clapped my hands happy that I was getting food.
