Chapter 114. Quadruplets

Aaron POV
Another hour and a half passed without a nurse or Dr Ron coming to give us an update on Aria. I was starting to get impatient and worried all of us were.

"I'm gonna go ask another nurse or something this is taking way too long." Sammy said getting up to go ask someone about Aria. "I'll go get us something to eat while you guys do that." Zane said.

"Alright I'll text you if we need anything." I told him as he walked out the waiting room with Sammy and his girlfriend Abby.

Ace and Max fell asleep next to each other on the chairs beside me and Layla. I wanted to take them home but Layla didn't want to leave neither did Ace.

"What do you think their going to name all four of their babies?" Layla asked me. "I don't know baby but Caleb did say they already had two names figured out." I told her.

"I'm so happy I can't wait to meet all of their babies." Layla said excitedly making me smile at her excitement. This is what I loved about her she was always so happy and generous with everyone.

Sammy came back inside the waiting room with a nurse. "Sorry for making you guys wait so long on an update on Aria Blackwood." The nurse apologized to us.

"Is everything okay?" Layla asked her. "There was some minor complications due to her phobia of sleeping she is still in labor as we speak." The nurse explained to us.

"When can we go see her?" Sammy asked her. "You may see her once she's done giving birth and settled in another room." She told us. "Okay please come tell us as soon as she's done giving birth." Layla told her.

"Of course don't worry I will personally come tell you guys when you guys are allowed to go see her." "Thank you." We all told her before she walked out the waiting room.

Zane and Abby came back from getting us food walking inside the waiting room with our food with a fry sticking out his mouth. "What happened is everything okay?" He asked us. "Yeah she's still giving birth tho." I told him.

"I was so hungry." Layla said grabbing the food Zane was handing her. We all started eating the food Zane bought us. Zane woke up Ace and Max so they could eat but Ace refused to eat without Aria and Caleb.

"Come on Ace you have to eat something you haven't eaten anything since this morning." Layla said trying to convince him to eat something. "No I'll wait for my mom and dad." Ace said.

"At least eat some chips or something until we go see your mom and dad." I told him. He grabbed the bag of Doritos from my hand to eat.

                             2 hours later...

Layla and me were on the verge of falling asleep on these uncomfortable chairs from how long we've been waiting in here.

It was already 10 at night and we came here at 8:30 in the morning we've been in this waiting room for almost ten hours now. Aria had been in labor for ten hours this is the longest I've been in a hospital.

Someone walked inside the waiting room I looked to my right noticing the same nurse that updated us on Aria was here.

"She's finally given birth you guys are allowed to go see her just don't be too loud they are all sleeping except her husband." The nurse told us. All of us stood up following her towards Arias room in the hospital.

We walked inside the dimly lit room that had the smell of a hospital and a slight smell of a new born baby well in this case babies.

Caleb was holding two of his kids in his arms rocking them in his arms while the other two babies were sleeping next to Aria peacefully. Ace ran towards Caleb hugging his legs happy that he finally got to see them.
