Aria POV
After what happened at Laylas and Aaron's house yesterday with Laylas parents. Aaron managed to calm Layla down. I spoke to her over the phone earlier today to check on her she was okay for the most part just upset with her dad tho.Caleb left for work early this morning he was going to pick up Ace from school today because Ace needed him to come to the school for something.
I played a cartoon for the quadruplets while I washed clothes and cleaned up the kitchen so the house was clean before Caleb and Ace came home.
They should be coming home any minute now. "Mom!" Nova called for me. "Y-yes N-Nova." I answered her. "Can you come with me to the bathroom please I'm scared?" She asked me.
"S-sure I-I'll b-be t-there I-in a m-minute." I told her as I finished putting in the rest of Aces clothes to wash. I walked towards the bathroom that she was in she was already seated on the toilet using it I closed the door waiting patiently for her to finish up.
Caleb POV
I waited outside of Aces school waiting for him to come to the car so we could leave to go home. The bell rung dismissing all the kids at once. I looked around as all the kids ran to their parents and to the buses to go home.I noticed him walking with a group of friends and Max talking and laughing about something. "Mr Blackwood?" The principal said standing next to me. "Yes." I answered him.
"Can I have a word with you about your son Ace?" He asked me. "Go ahead I'm listening." I told him. "Your son has been having some issues with one of the students here he's at risk of getting expelled from the school because of this ongoing issue." He explained to me.
"Let me guess the kid is Dominic right?" I asked him. "I can't reveal that sir." He replied. "Right, so my son is at fault for all of these issues or is it part of the issue?" I asked him defending Ace.
"No of course not sir obviously we are going to speak to his parents as well I just wanted to let you know that your son has one more chance at staying in this school otherwise I'm expelling him." He said warningly.
"He's been in ten fights this school year I'm giving him one more chance Mr Blackwood." He told me. "Alright I'll talk to him." He shook my hand nodding his head appreciatively.
He walked away I wanted to punch him in the mouth so bad. He must be dumb if he thought I was gonna allow him to expel Ace from school I wasn't gonna let my son go through the same shit I had to go through when I was little.
They want to threaten and blame my son I was gonna make him do way worse. That kid wasn't going to walk over my son like his father once did to me because of my lousy ass parents.
Ace finally said goodbye to his friends walking over to me. He smiled at me warmly. "How was school bud?" I asked him as I opened his door for him to get in the car.
"Alright." He answered before I closed his door so I could get in the driver seat. I started driving off from the school to take us home. "Anything happen with that kid?" I asked him curiously.
"No not today." He answered. "Alright you know what to do if he does do anything to you again right?" I asked him needing confirmation that he remembered what we talked about in his bedroom.
"I know dad I won't let you down I promise." He reassured me making me smile proudly at him. "You make me so proud Ace but if you do this I will be the proudest father there is." I told him proudly.
"I know dad." He replied making me feel happier than ever. I was a really bad influence Aria would hate me if she knew what I was encouraging our son to do.
