Chapter 65. Matteos cookout party

Aria POV
"Mommy wake up! Daddy has to take us to get ice cream today. Remember?" Ace shook me awake jumping up and down on mine and  Caleb's bed waking us both up.

"Ace you are not getting ice cream at 8 in the morning." Caleb said while sitting up in the bed bringing Ace down on the floor to stop jumping on the bed.

"But dad please you promised me and mommy." Ace begged Caleb. "I did promise you both but not this early in the morning. You didn't even eat breakfast yet." Caleb pointed out.

"Mommy tell him. He's being mean again." Ace said running to my side of the bed. "D-daddy I-is r-right A-Ace y-you h-have t-to e-eat f-first a-and t-then l-later t-today w-we c-can g-get i-ice c-cream."

"It's all dads fault that we can't eat ice cream for breakfast." Ace complained making me laugh. "Blame me all you want Ace I'm saving you from having a tummy ache." Caleb said while getting up from the bed to go to the bathroom.

"D-don't b-be b-bad A-Ace y-you k-know h-how d-daddy I-is." I pulled him into a hug to comfort him. "I know mommy. It's okay you said we will get some later." He said kissing my cheek excitedly.

"I l-love y-you A-Ace." I kissed his head. "I love you too mommy." He said before running out of our bedroom to go downstairs. I got up from the bed going in the bathroom with Caleb.

He was brushing his teeth handing me my toothbrush so I could brush mine as well. He picked me up to sit on the counter to brush my teeth.

He finished brushing his teeth so he started brushing my hair for me while I finished up brushing my teeth. "My pretty little princess." He kissed my forehead helping me down from the counter.

We quickly got dressed for Matteo's little party that his daughter Isabella invited us to.

"D-daddy c-can y-you c-carry m-me?" I held my hands up for him to pick me up feeling lazy to walk downstairs. He picked me back up I wrapped my arms around his neck and my legs around his torso.

"T-thank y-you d-daddy." I smiled happily kissing his lips twice to thank him. We got downstairs Synthia our chef/maid already made breakfast for us.

Caleb sat down next to Ace at the kitchen counter letting me sit on his lap. "T-thank y-you S-Synthia." She smiled softly at me. "You don't have to thank me Aria. It's my job." Synthia said.

I smiled at her while Caleb fed me the breakfast she made us. "I'm done." Ace said getting up to take his plate in the sink. "Go put your shoes on were leaving to Matteo's house." Caleb told Ace.

"Okay dad." Ace said. "Don't run Ace or no ice cream." Caleb warned him. "Okay." Ace said walking upstairs to get his shoes. "I d-dont w-want a-anymore d-daddy I-I'm f-full."

"Are you sure princess you barely ate." "I-I'm s-sure d-daddy." He kissed my cheek before getting up with me in his arms carrying me to the car.

"I'm gonna go get your shoes princess." He put me down in the passenger seat before going back in the house for my shoes. Ace got in the on his own.

"Here princess. You don't have to put them on now." Caleb handed me my shoes. He closed my door going to buckle Ace in his car seat. Once he finished he got in the driver seat so we could leave.

                              45 minutes later
Caleb stopped on the way to Matteo's house at the ice cream parlor to get me and Ace the ice cream he promised us. We arrived at Matteo's house at the same time that Layla, Aaron, and Zane did.

Zane took Ace out the car while Caleb helped me put on my shoes. "Caleb don't get mad but Lydia and Emma came here too." Aaron warned Caleb.

Caleb looked behind Aaron noticing Lydia and Emma getting out of the car together with a man. "Who the fuck invited them?" Caleb asked angrily. "Apparently they invited themselves that's what Angelo told me." Aaron said.

I turned Caleb's head to look at me. I could already tell he was ready to go off on Matteo for letting Emma and Lydia come here when he knew we didn't get along with them.

"D-don't d-do I-it. W-we w-will j-just b-be h-here f-for a c-couple o-of h-hours a-and t-then w-we w-will l-leave." I said trying to calm him down before his anger took over.

"Caleb just calm down I'll make sure they don't come near you or Aria." Aaron said trying to convince him to calm down. He helped me out the car holding my hand walking towards Matteo's house.

He was still angry I could feel it but he was trying to stay calm. "You guys made it." Matteo said as soon as he seen us. Isabella ran towards us hugging me and Caleb at the same time.

"Thanks for coming I'm so thankful." She said with a huge smile on her face. I smiled back to her while Caleb kept his emotionless expression. Matteo noticed Caleb was mad.

"Isabella go take the kids to play in the backyard." Matteo told Isabella. She grabbed Max and Aces hand to go in the backyard and play. "What's wrong Caleb?" Matteo asked him.

Caleb stared straight at Emma and Lydia who were sitting in the living room. "If I knew you would invite them here I wouldn't have even came. Don't be surprised if I kill someone in your house today." Caleb said coldly.

"I didn't invite them Caleb they came on their own. Isabella was the one who told them about today and they came over. I wouldn't do this on purpose Caleb." Matteo tried to explain himself.

"I'm just warning you now Matteo don't be surprised if your house turns into a murder scene." Caleb replied already too angry to listen or calm down.

"Do what you gotta do Caleb. All I'm saying is I didn't invite them into my house they came on their own." Matteo said making us follow him to the backyard.

I pulled Caleb to the side of the house away from everyone so I could calm him down. He looked down at me trying to figure out why I dragged him away from everyone.

"C-can y-you p-pick m-me u-up p-please?" I asked him needing to be face to face with him and because he was too tall for me to reach his face. He picked me up like I asked him to. My back against the side of the house brick wall.

"I already know what your going to say princess. I'm trying to calm down the best I can but this shit is pissing me o-.." I didn't let him finish his sentence.

I looked into his eyes they were filled with anger. The first thing that popped up in my mind to calm him down was to kiss him so that's what I did.

I kissed him softly he slowly started kissing me back. I could tell his anger was slowly going away by the way he slowly started taking over the kiss. The kiss was turning more heated and desperate the more he kissed me.

I knew if I didn't stop kissing him soon we were going to end up doing more than just kissing. I slowly pulled away from him he groaned wrapping his hand around my neck.

"I told you if you shut me up like this again I was going to end up fucking you against the wall princess." He reminded me. His hand tightened a little on my neck while he looked at me with his dark primal eyes.

"N-no d-don't. N-not h-here d-daddy." I begged my cheeks slowly heating up out of nervousness. "Your lucky theres kids back here princess. I would have loved to fuck you right now so Lydia and Emma could hear how much of a good wife you are for me."

I grabbed onto his hand that was wrapped around my neck. His words sounded so convincing I was almost considering to let him fuck me right here right now.

"W-we j-just g-got h-here I-Isabella I-invited u-us d-don't d-do I-it p-please d-daddy." He let go of my neck putting me back on my feet. "Go before I change my mind. I'm not mad anymore don't worry about that you did more than just calmed me down."

He kissed my cheek quickly for extra reassurance that he wasn't mad anymore. I walked back to where everyone was sitting in the backyard with Matteo and Angelo. I sat next to Aaron and Layla waiting for Caleb to cool off and come sit with us.
