Council Room, Mushroom Kingdom Castle, Universe-400 - Present Day
"Within weeks, I was able to change this kingdom into what it is today with the industrialization from Mario's world. And when I figured out about the corruption within the council and how there are always people that want to take the crown for themselves...I started killing those politics or those I found as inconveniences to the future of the kingdom. And then on the first of October, I met Master Hand and agreed to join the Subspace as one of the leaders. There, I was able to advance the weapons of their army and make easier ways to turn people into trophies...It was easy being a member...until 22 figured out everything..." King Rohan smiled. "...So you figured out the truth...What are you gonna do? Kill me right here and now? Hear this, I'm not only King...but I am also...God of the Mushroom Kingdom! I have become law in the society that this universe now lives in. I am the one who's maintaining order. I have become justice incarnate. The only hope for mankind. Heh...kill me? Is that really the right thing to do? If you kill me, think of what would happen to this universe's Mushroom Kingdom...Since my ascension to the throne all those months ago, wars have stopped and crime rates have been reduced by over 75%. But, it's not enough! This universe is still rotten...with too many rotten people and rebellions...Somebody HAS to do this!! When I found Dark Star that long ago, I knew I had to do it. No, I was the ONLY one who could. I understood that killing people, including royalty, was a crime...BUT THERE WAS NO OTHER WAY, THIS WORLD NEEDS TO BE FIXED!! A PURPOSE GIVEN TO ME, AND ONLY ME!! Only I could do it..." King Rohan whimpered and faced the heroes again. "WHO ELSE COULD'VE DONE IT, AND COME THIS FAR?!? WOULD THEY HAVE KEPT GOING DESPITE EVERYTHING THAT'S HAPPENED?!?!?" he calmed down and finished his rant with, "The only one...who can create a new and perfect universe...is me."
The room fell into a hushed silence as they listened to the story in disbelief. Rohan trembled with fear, while 22's expression turned to anger. America clenched to Mario and his face showed signs of tears, and suddenly, 22 exclaimed, "NO!!! You're not a king or a god! You're just a murderer!!"
"You...You murdered your entire family..." Rohan uttered. "...and you did it without remorse...YOU MONSTER!!! I TRUSTED YOU!!!"
"Ah, it's a small sacrifice," said King Rohan. "However, I can't say I'm surprised. We haven't succeeded in anything - not in love, not in our careers, and not in protecting those we care about. Variants are just different versions of ourselves, so you are me and I am you. We are the same."
"You're NOTHING like Rohan!" Mario scoffed. "He loves his family, he loves me and Peach! YOU, on the other hand, were turned evil because of that stupid piece of gold on your head! You're no villain, just a crazy serial killer who thinks he's a god!"
"Don't lecture me, you piece of shit!" King Rohan growled. "I WILL help Tabuu and he will grant me the power to make this universe into a perfect utopia under MY control! All I need...is the Child..."
"Oh, no..." America uttered.
"Screw you, asshole." Rohan took out his staff and said, "You're not getting the kid!"
"Fine...I'm gonna have to take her by FORCE!" King Rohan took out a grenade from his belt and threw it.
"GRENADE!!" Samus exclaimed.
The grenade exploded and Mario grunted. 22 groaned in pain and King Rohan took out the same laser gun like what she found and aimed it at her. Rohan noticed and exclaimed, "22, look out!!"
He ran and pushed her out of the way, causing him to get hit by the gun's arrow and turned into a trophy. The king only smiled and said, "Oh, and by the way, I prefer Outback Steakhouse instead of Pizza Hut."
Mario gasped in horror at Rohan's trophy form and turned to America. "America, run!"
America ran out of the council room and King Rohan followed after her. Sonic quickly revived Rohan and Rosalina said, "Everyone! Stop that psycho!"
