So apparently Aarons 'good news' is that he has a community, and he wants us all to 'audition' for membership. His words. Not mine. Even though I would probably call it the same.

I am not at all a fan of this idea to hear him out. I've seen enough bad groups to know that we can't trust anyone. And I especially am not going to just trust someone who smiles when they have a gun pointed at their head. I would have killed him right then and there, but Maggie insisted that we hear him out.

We took away his gun, and his bag before walking back to the barn. Once I got to the doors I cracked them open and peeked my head in. "Everyone decent?" I asked jokingly then looked in the direction of my inappropriate brother-in -law. "I mean you, Honky Tonk."

"Don't worry, Gingersnap." He laughed. "The beast is covered. For now."

"Only you would name your dick 'The Beast.'" I slightly laughed.

"Nora!" Glenn scolded me. "Don't talk like that in front of the kids."

I shook my head and continued laughing. "Two of those kids are mine, and I'm sure everyone in here has heard way worse." I could hear Merle snorting at my answer. "Anyways, I'm glad everyone's dicks are put away...." I trailed off while opening the barn door more. "Because we found a person. This is Aaron."

Everyone immediately tensed up as I entered the barn with Aaron, Maggie and Sasha. There was not one person in this barn that didn't have at least one weapon in their hands. Daryl ran past us to check outside the barn for more people.

"We met him outside." Maggie started. "He's by himself. We took his weapons and we took his gear."

When Daryl came back inside, he patted Aaron down to make sure we collected every weapon. Sasha closed the doors behind us.

"Hi." Aaron said directly to my father. Judith then started to cry as she looked at the new strange man. Damn even the baby hates him. "It's nice to meet you." Aaron continued as my father handed my baby sister to Carl.

Dad looked directly past the stranger and to me. "Y'all said he had a weapon?" I walked past Aaron and handed the singular gun to my father. I was surprised that he didn't have more weapons on him. I then stood in front of Aaron next to my father who was inspecting the gun. "There something you need?" Dad asked the man.

"He has a camp nearby." Sasha stated. "He wants us to 'audition' for membership."

"I wish there was another word" Aaron started explaining. "Audition makes it sound like we're some sort of dance troupe." The nervous man paused for a second before trying his best to make a joke. "That's only on friday nights." I actually thought it was funny. Nobody else did though. Maybe the reason I thought it was funny, is because this man is clearly not a dancer. A performer can spot another from a mile away. And this man looks as if he would fail at doing just a chicken dance. "Umm. It's not a camp." He continued after nobody laughed. "It's a community. I think you all would make valuable additions. But it's not my call. My job is to convince you all to follow me back home." My dad shifted his position and tilted his head.

"I know. If I were you, I wouldn't go either." Aaron continued. I really don't want to go. Anything could be waiting for us there. "Not until I knew exactly what I was getting into." Aaron turned around and looked at Sasha. "Sasha, can you hand Rick my pack?" Sasha didn't look too happy about the fact Aaron was telling her what to do, but she brought the bag to my father anyways. "Front pocket, there's an envelope." Dad started unzipping the bag. "There's no way I could convince you to come with me just by talking about our community. That's why I brought those." Dad took the envelope out of the bag and removed some photos from it. "I apologize in advance for the picture quality. We just found an old camera store last-"
