Chapter 90 - The meeting

The meeting for the big prank had a good turn out. It seemed a lot of people wanted to get one back on the Slytherins. I stood at the front of the classroom with James, Peter, Sirius and Remus somewhat nervously. There were a lot of people sat on chairs, tables or stood around the walls all looking at us expectantly. James looked over at me. "Do you want to start?"

I cleared my throat and stepped towards the front centre of the room. "Thanks everyone for coming, this is a really good turn out actually um..." It was out of character for me to be this nervous but I'd never really done public speaking before. So many eyes on me. "So we're all here for a reason, the Slytherins have been acting up for far too long now and I think we'd all like a chance to slap back."

There were nods from the crowd, my eyes focused on Pandora who gave me an encouraging smile and I felt a little better. "Well, we wanted to do a prank that Hogwarts will not forget. It will ensure our legacy, if you will, and we thought that it would be good to get everyone involved and have some help."

"Why do you want to prank the Slytherins when you're dating Regulus Black?" A boy called out, his arms crossed.

I was at a loss for words for a moment but James stepped in to the rescue. "Y/n is as good a candidate as any. If anyone gets bad treatment from that lot it's my sister, let's not forget how Severus Snape used the cruciartus curse on her!" He had a good voice for public speaking, loud and clear. What he said earned a few gasps.

"All that aside-" I continued, not wanting to be painted a victim.

"It just seems unclear where your loyalties lie." The boy cut in. "You doing this makes it all seem stupid."

Sirius crossed his arms angrily and stepped forward but I spoke up again before he could say anything. "My loyalties lie with my family, my friends, with doing what's right. I will be fighting for Dumbledore next year and if it still seems stupid to you feel free to leave. Anyone else who thinks the same can just go now instead of wasting any more time." I looked around and he shuffled back in to his seat uncomfortably, no one moved towards the door. "Anyways...if you'll let us continue I'd like to hand over to Remus to tell you all the plan."

Remus told everyone the plan and began to go through showing them the charms needed for it to work, everyone seemed really enthusiastic. I stood at the front, observing everyone with a smile.

"Seems to be going well." Sirius smiled.

I nodded. "We still have time to perfect it too."

"Don't listen to that fucker they should be greatful that we're letting them in on our pranks." He flicked his hair a little and crossed his arms.

I laughed at his sassy attitude, so Sirius of him. The meeting finished up and we thanked everyone for coming. The boys were going back to the common room but I went to find Reg. We had been at each others hips lately knowing we didn't have long left before it would be really hard to see each other, I tried not to think about it.

He was sat in the room of requirement playing the piano. I stood by the wall, not wanting to disturb him, just watching. He had on a white shirt with black trousers, always dressing smart.
Red had not noticed me and began to sing the lyrics of Bohemian Rhapsody, it was a rare thing to hear him sing.

His voice was truly beautiful but something about the way he sang it, so filled with emotion, told me that the lyrics hit a little close to home. "If only I had my guitar." I smiled.

"Y/n!" He looked up from the piano and over at me, his cheeks went a little red and he scratched the back of his neck. "I didn't know you were here..."

I walked over and sat next to him "I didn't want to disturb you. I was quite enjoying it actually."

"Shut up." He smiled a little and looked down shyly. "How did your top secret meeting go?"

"It went well." I smiled and he put his head on my shoulder, I put my arms around him and kissed his head, smelling his dark curls.

"Why won't you tell me anything about it?" He asked with a frown. "You tell me everything!"

"It's too secret my love, you'll know soon enough." I chuckled and he picked me up and walked over to the bed. "Reg what are you-"

"Tell me." He threw me down before tickling my stomach.

"Reg get off!" I laughed and tried to push him away.

"Tell me!" He grinned and relentlessly continued to tickle me as I tried to squirm out of it.

I giggled "I can't! Slytherins are NFI!"

"NFI?" He asked me.

"Not flipping invited!" I grinned and rolled over to escape.

He flopped down next to me with a huff. "Nothing can get you to spill a secret can it." He sighed.

"Never. My lips are sealed." I grinned and cuddled up to him. "I missed you though. Tell me about your day."

He put his arms around me as I moved to get comfortable laying on his chest. "Went out with Barty." Reg shrugged. "Got some butter beers. He wants to get with Diana."

I chuckled. "Oh her, good for him I suppose. As long as she's away from you." I began to unbutton his shirt and pull it off.

"Oh you really are a jealous one aren't you?" He smirked at me.

"I don't get jealous but I'll hex any girl that tries it with my Reg." I grinned and he leaned down and kissed me. He put his hands on his hips to move me so I was straddling him as we kissed and I began to grind on him.
His hands snaked under my shirt, feeling my skin and I pulled him up so he was sat up to feel his body closer to mine.

"I love you." He mumbled against my lips and I couldn't help but smile.

"I love you more Reg."
