Taylor's POV

Travis and I had got into New York that morning, and even though I was so nervous, things had been great so far. We got lunch on the way home, I'd shown him around my apartment, and he'd got settled a little before going off to the interview that he had. I kissed him goodbye, a little tired and not wanting to go out in public. This was Travis' thing, so I'd decided to watch his interview on the TV and make dinner for him.

I was so happy with how things were going with him. We'd been together just over five months, and every new day was incredible. Travis was so sweet. He always made time for me no matter how busy he was, always sent me flowers and little presents, loved to talk to me, always took care of me. I was such a smitten girl in love.

Filling up the cats food bowls, I turned the TV on and flipped through the channels until I found the one where Travis' interview was going to be LIVE on. Smiling to myself, I turned up the volume so I'd hear every word. It wasn't long before Travis would come on, and I was excited to see him do an interview. I wasn't really sure what it was on since the show wasn't a sports channel, but maybe they'd just ask him all kinds of things.

Fifteen minutes later, they came back from an ad and announced Travis as tonight's interview guest. I smiled proudly as he walked out to applause and cheering, waving to the audience. Unable to help myself, I took out my phone and snapped a few pictures as he shook hands with the host of the interview - Mia Paul - and sat down with her. I turned the volume up even more and went into the kitchen to start making dinner, since it needed a decent amount of time and I wanted to do something nice for Travis.

Travis and Mia chatted casually for a few minutes, and then they turned to a few sports related things. Mia asked him about the season, how training was going, about the games, and I watched as I slowly started to get things out for dinner. I loved how he talked about his job, how much he loved it, how passionate he was.

"And it must be great to have a certain special someone cheering you on from the sidelines." Mia smiled, and Travis chuckled.

"It is." He nodded. "I have a lot of special someone's though. My family and my friends all support me like crazy, everyone I love, there's just so amazing."

"So what's it been like?" Mia asked. "Having someone like Taylor Swift up in your box."

"Oh it's just incredible." Travis smiled, that special smile that only appeared when he talked about me. "I was so ready to get all kinds of security and things like that, but Taylor just wanted to come up and not make a big deal about it. She's so down to earth, and she loves just coming to support."

"And you don't think it's turned the attention away?"

"What do you mean?" Travis frowned.

"Well you know, here's Taylor." Mia raised her hand in the air. "And then you know...you." She placed her other hand much lower down and I paused as I chopped the vegetables, staring at the TV. What was she saying? "So do you think now there's too much attention on Taylor for coming to your games because of how big she is?"

"I think there's a lot of people interested in the fact that she's there, but she's not putting herself on all the screens." Travis said carefully.

"No I know, she's just supporting you." Mia said, and Travis nodded. "And things have changed a lot since she started doing that, I mean, you're obviously very successful in your career." She motioned to Travis. "Do you think it might deter her about your career that you're so involved with a lot of people?"

"What are you suggesting exactly?"

"Well you've been seen with a lot of people when she's not around."
