Travis' POV
My head pounded with a relentless headache that had refused to go away all damn day. I'd taken painkillers, gone to sleep for a while, but god, nothing had worked. I felt like shit.
I missed Taylor. Honestly, I felt like just lying down on the couch and watching a movie with her cuddled up in my arms would fix everything. But she wasn't due home just yet; busy day. I really missed her though.
But when I heard her come home, I knew it wasn't going to be a calm evening. The sound of her footsteps as she came inside sounded pissed off, and I lifted my head from where I was just starting dinner, watching the entrance down from the front hall. I could hear Taylor shoving her keys onto the hook, and then she appeared.
"Hey." I whispered. "You okay?"
"Mhm." Taylor ran her hands through her messy hair, obviously annoyed. "Just these fucking assholes I had to meet with today." She complained. "Sexist pricks. And I swear to god they had half a braincell between three of them."
"Hey, come here sweetheart." I held out a hand and Taylor sighed, coming over and walking right into my arms. She let me envelop her in a hug, relaxing against my chest. "I'm sorry you had to deal with that." I said, gently kissing her soft hair, a little damp from the snow outside.
"Yeah, well." She sighed, her arms snaking around my waist. "It's fine. Just annoying."
"Well why don't you go get comfy and dinner will be ready soon okay?" I offered, and Taylor hummed with a small nod, lifting up on her toes and kissing me lightly. She managed a small smile as I let her go, watching as she wandered off with her shoulders slumped.
Wanting to make her feel better, I started doing a little extra for diner, pouring Taylor a glass of her favorite wine and leaving it on the counter for when she came back. When I heard her footsteps again, I glanced over my shoulder and then paused, very suddenly distracted.
Taylor no longer looked pissed off. Instead, she had a baby doll dress on that showed just how little she was wearing underneath, which was absolutely nothing. It was a pale pink, sheer, and short as hell. Her hair was twisted into two little plaits, and there were pale pink pumps on her feet, raising her up an inch. Her whole appearance just screamed brat, and I knew what I was in for. She'd turned her annoyance into this.
"Is this for me?" She asked, picking up the glass of wine. I nodded, watching as she lifted it to her mouth and took a sip, her eyes locked on mine.
"You hungry?" I asked slowly, trying to assess the situation. Taylor liked to play many different brats, and I had to know which one she was in the mood for tonight. I thought I could already tell, but I wanted to make sure.
"Mhm." Taylor nodded, hopping up onto the kitchen island and swinging her legs, the glass of wine clasped in her hand. "So how was your day?" She asked, acting like she wasn't dressed in the most scanty little outfit to ever exist.
"Good." I nodded, letting my eyes drift up and down her attire for a moment before I spared a quick glance to the stove. My headache was well and truly gone and had been since the second Taylor had appeared. She was my magic, but God, in this outfit she might as well put me on my knees.
"You know what might make your day even better?" Taylor's voice was soft, with a very baby girl tone. I knew what she wanted.
Game on baby doll. Game on.
"What's that?" I murmured. Taylor took another sip of her wine, and I watched as she slowly spread her legs apart, the little skirt of her dress teasing at what was beneath. "Is this to make my day better or yours?" I asked, abandoning what I was doing and turning to face her properly. Taylor shrugged as I took the end of one braid, giving it a little tug. "You're cute baby doll." I leaned in and kissed her softly. "But you need to eat, because I know you wouldn't have eaten enough today and someone gets a little crabby when she's hungry."
