Soon, Li Chyou would constantly tag after Feng Yichen, trying to help him study or listen to her lecture. However, it didn't seem like he cared, and continued to ignore her efforts.
It came across to Zhu Haoran and Wu Mingze as they all sat in class one day.
Zhu Haoran said, "Chyou, are you looking for help with your homework? If so, why don't you ask Wu Mingze? He would be a better help than Feng Yichen."
"Yeah, I can help you with your homework. Feel free to ask," Wu Mingze said.
"Ah...no. I'm helping Feng Yichen with his studies," Li Chyou softly said. Both Zhu Haoran and Wu Mingze were surprised by her words.
"Y-you're helping him?" Zhu Haoran stuttered, knowing full well how Feng Yichen's attitude was.
"Mmm." Li Chyou softly murmured and nodded her head. Wu Mingze quickly glanced at both of them before looking at Xiaodan.
Zhu Haoran instantly broke into a smile, "Then what about me? Why don't you help your cousin with his studies?" He teased her.
"I-I don't think I have the patience to teach you," she bluntly said with her cheeks turning pink.
Soon, all smiles appeared on their faces.
"I'm slightly offended," Zhu Haoran said with a smile as he didn't take it to heart.
"No worries, I have Mingze," he boasted.
"Right?" He looked at Wu Mingze with big puppy eyes.
"I guess," Wu Mingze sighed, teasing Zhu Haoran.
"But if you need any help, let me know," Wu Mingze said with a kind smile to Li Chyou before fixing his glasses.
Li Chyou nodded her head with a bright smile. Xiaodan looked at them and silently thought, "I need to get to the bottom of this. Does Wu Mingze have feelings for Chyou?"

Everyone was back in the library hoping to work on the group project, but instead, Li Chyou tried to get Feng Yichen to do his other assignment while Zhu Haoran was on his phone. Xiaodan immediately took this chance to talk to Wu Mingze.
She got up from her seat and asked, "Wu Mingze, would you like to come with me to get some snacks and drinks for everyone?"
Wu Mingze stopped what he was doing and looked at her. The rest of the gang looked at Xiaodan as well, but she didn't mind them and continued to smile. He was silent for a minute before getting up.
"Alright," he said, pushing his glasses up.
Immediately, Zhu Haoran said, "Buy lots of snacks!" before going back on his phone.
Meanwhile, Li Chyou continued to tutor Feng Yichen as Xiaodan and Wu Mingze headed out.
Their whole way to the convenience store was dead silent. They bought lots of snacks and drinks and headed back.
"So, what's your reason for calling me out," Wu Mingze bluntly said as he carried the drinks while Xiaodan carried the snacks.
"Do you like Li Chyou," Xiaodan also bluntly asked.
"Why? Worried?" He said, looking at her.
Before she could respond, he added, "I know you are trying to match Li Chyou and Feng Yichen together."
Immediately, the handbag filled with snacks slipped out of Xiaodan's hands as she stood there frozen.
