During the whole chase, Dio's car got put in traffic!
Senator Phillips: We're caught in traffic! It's rush hour right now, so the roads are jammed.

Just then Hierophant Green appeared.

But Dio flicked one stone, which ricocheted onto the other stones!
And then it tore open the door of the car!
Kakyoin: He blocked the Emerald Splash with one finger?! He didn't even move! THEN HOW ABOUT THIS?!
He fired more, but Dio flicked them with his finger!
Kakyoin: DAMN!
All of a sudden, the World appeared and punched Kakyoin!
Kakyoin: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!
Dio: Looks like he's out of the World's range.
Senator Phillips: WHAT WAS THAT?!
