The Past Revisited pt 2

Moon's pov
I finished up my nap that was frankly overdue. Immediately though I felt strong negativity coming from a different world enough it felt slightly concerned compared to how worlds normally felt, 'yeah we should probably check that out' I heard nightmare say and I nodded agreeing.

I got up from bed having to steady myself since my legs felt wobbly, once I did I began walking out my room seeing kit and fable but two others as well. "Uh kit who are the two with you?" I asked confused as I went over to her. "Well one it's good to see your okay two this is Mercia and-" before she could respond the girl turned and waved hi "I'm alora! Fable told me a lot about you" she said.

From her appearance she must've been another ghost kid like fable but it still left me confused, "how can I see you exactly?" I just had to ask. "That's a question for Lucifer he knows alot more about this" Fable said going next to alora. Not sure what else to say I just nodded okay,

"well I'm gonna be out for a bit one of the other worlds is getting overly negative to a concerning degree" I explained to kit who was a little concerned from her expression just nodded okay. "Please be safe" she called out as I began leaving, "I will this time I promise!" I said and left to the world I felt was extremely negative.

Immediately upon arrival I could see why the place was overly negative, there was tons of blood around but no bodies. 'the hell kinda person would do this? Like it's just messy, if you're gonna do a job at least make sure you do it correctly' I heard error say and before he went on some rant I paused.

There was some kid that had white and brown hair, a blue and black shirt with some cream colored clothing wrapped around their waist, black shorts and socks with grey shoes, plus a black scarf and they held an almost giant knife by their side with what I could guess was blood on it, there was also weird glowing x marks on the ground around them. 'oh it's this one' I heard both nightmare and error say at the same time, 'okay wait you both recognize whoever this is?' I was very confused since they never told me about anything like them before.

'its a long story let's just say they used to work for me and that they caused conflict with grumpy here' nightmare tried to just quickly explain. Before I could respond though the kid seemed to finally notice me, "you weren't here earlier" they said "yeah I wasn't, I came here because of all of this" I gestured to all the damage around the area.

They kinda paused for a bit before asking "are you by chance related to or know the 'king of negativity' at all?" I just sighed "no the tentacles and black all over me is just for decoration....yes I'm the technically new guardian of negativity why are you asking?" I asked this time looking straight at them.

"I thought you would've been a little...... different looking" the kid said, I still waited for them to answer my question as I crossed my arms. "Okay to answer, my half knows and says the king of negativity or I guess just you can help us" they said but I noticed they didn't move their neck at all despite how expressive and moving the rest of them was.

"And what would I exactly be helping you with?" "Having some place to live we don't exactly have a well home" I had to pause for a second, "and this was your best idea of getting that?" I had to ask just out of genuine curiosity, "okay listen I've been in a lab for as long as I can remember I didn't exactly think of much else to do!" They said.

I then gestured to all the blood around the area, "Oh- well that was because x said that was the best way to get you here and it helped with handling our frustration, we didn't kill anyone though just hurt them"

I just sighed, I felt like a parent having to reprimand their child for doing stupid even though the thing they wanted to do was so simple, 'now you understand how I felt having to deal with my subordinates' nightmare added.

"Okay you know what, I'm having you stay with me like you wanted but only because I'd rather not deal with anymore craziness after what I just delt with before. So congratulations you ended up getting what you wanted" I said just frankly exhausted still after everything.

"Works for me" the kid said as they came closer their knife disappearing, "the names mobi by the way" they added as I looked over to them. "...call me moon" i responded, I then teleported us both back to the castle.

It was frankly a little odd at seeing those little kids minus the one with wings all asleep on her, "so what's all this about?" I asked going over and now seeing she had some makeup on her face crudely made like a child did it.

"They never tried makeup before so I let them use me as a canvas" she said and I let out a small chuckle. 'mobi' went over to see as well "who is that?" Kit asked confused, "this is mobi they're the reason the world I went to was so negative so I'm keeping them here so there isn't anymore craziness around" I explained.

"Ahuh.... you seem tired maybe you should just sit down for a bit, I can watch him like i did with these little ones" kit said and gestured mobi to sit with her, "y'know what sure why not" I said and sat on one of the chairs across from her as mobi sat beside her.
