The next few days after the Straw Hats had left Water 7 were quite uneventful, to say the least. Nami had spent her time cooped up in her office, working on some maps, and keeping an eye on the log pose.

Chopper was enjoying the now much more spacious sick bay while Robin spent her time in the library reading or kudt watching the aquarium where all sorts of fishes were. Zoro was training and mostly spent his time in the crow's nest that was converted into a mini-gym area.

Franky was getting used to the whole dynamic of the pirate crew and spent his time thinking of new things that would improve the new ship, the Thousand Sunny. Sanji was making some new food that (Y/n) had to admit was beyond delicious. And as for Luffy and Usopp... they were...

"Oh! Sorry about that, (Y/n)!"
The said girl bit back a groan as she heard Usopp knock something over and liquid splashing on the floor.
'Me and my big mouth for letting them in here!'
"Hey, (Y/n), what are these chopsticks for? They even taste weird."

Luffy's question caused her to stop mid-pourning, and she thought it over for a moment. What chopsticks? Why would she keep kitchen utensils here of all places?
"What chopsticks are you talking about, Luffy? I have no time for your jokes now."
"Are you sure? They are made out of glass and had some weird green liquid on them."
"You are absolutely- Wait! You licked them?!"

Her eyes widened in horror once she remembered what he was talking about, and she quickly turned around to look at the nervous captain and confused sniper.
"What was on them?"
"Will I die?!"
"You licked the poison of a viper snake! Usopp, go and get some milk! Luffy, I told you not to touch anything!"

The sniper quickly got up from his seat and ran out of the lab to get the said item as (Y/n) quickly pulled out an antidote to give to him.
"Ahhh! I will die then!"
"You won't die! Just stand still! I don't want to poke the needle into a nerve!"
"Hurry up! I can already see the light! I am dying!"
"You can see the light because you are staring at the ceiling lights!"

It took about 10 minutes, and Luffy throwing up twice in the sink for the poison to be completely removed from his system. (Y/n) had expected that this experience would have tired him out somehow, but he surprisingly enough had a lot of energy left. The girl frowned as she cleaned up the sink, internally grateful that she had put on a mask prior to everything.

'My little kingdom, my ass! I can not have fun here either! But, they mean well." She sighed and turned to look at Luffy and Usopp, who were sitting on their chairs and not moving an inch, both waiting for what she would tell them.
"Alright, new rules. From now on, don't touch anything around here. Even if something looks empty, don't touch it. The fridge is off limits too, got it?"

"Yes, we are not little kids." Luffy waved her off as Usopp nodded his head.
"Yeah! You can definitely trust us not to pull any more stupid stunts."
"You two are not kids, huh?"
(Y/n) said to herself as she went through one of her cupboards, leaving the boys to sit and look at her in anticipation.

"Here. Have fun with these." She said, slamming a stack of papers and color pencils in front of them. Their eyes lit up, and (Y/n) watched in delight as they started scribbling. Now, with a less heavy heart, she went on to resume creating her newest invitation as the boys quietly bickered

"Oh! Nice! Luffy, I was eyeing the red one first. Give it to me."
"You have been hogging the pink one for the past 2 minutes. Let me finish the red."
"Unfair..."
"I am the captain."
'I think i just created a bigger issue.' (Y/n) sweatdropped before shaking her head and then looked down at her notes again.

"Hey, (Y/n), you have been MIA the whole day. Is everything alright?" Nami asked as she watched the girl walk into the kitchen shortly before dinner time. The girl yawned and nodded her head, slumping down next to Robin.
"Yeah, I have just been catching up on some things. Enies Lobby and the building of the ship set me back quite a lot."
"Something about your research?" Robin wondered while putting an arm around (Y/n).
