Stumbling out of the alleyway, (Y/n) kept her cool around the people who were passing by in order to not attract attention to herself. In her mind, anyone could be a World Government agent who is just looking for a reason to attack her. After all, she is a pirate and traitor, and the Government is allowed to do whatever to her as long as it serves the purpose of achieving justice. Humming, she looked back at the direction of the shipyard and then down the walkway that led to the center of the city again.

'It's better I don't go back there. Who knows if they are still spying on me. The Galley-La workers don't need issues with the officials because of me. Besides, I really need some time alone.' (Y/n) thought as she made her way towards the city center, ignoring and avoiding all the people who were walking past her. She looked down at her shaking hands, trying to think of a plan now. The whole crew was stuck on the island. There was no ship she could use to leave, and she wasn't really into that idea either. (Y/n) knew that this day would eventually come, the World Government is much stronger and more resourceful than a simple pirate group that just started off their journey on the Grand Line.

Especially her, who has never left Alabasta since she arrived there years ago. But, she just wished she had more time to spend with the crew. Over the short amount of time, (Y/n) couldn't help but grow close to them, and now they felt like a second family in a way. And, she wasn't going to let them get hurt because of her own problems.

'I will end this chase tomorrow. Luffy and the rest won't be targeted anymore. But, what should I do with my papers? I can't just let them see those. God knows what they would do with them. Knowing how insane they can be, I wouldn't be surprised if they tried to use my research to spread the syndrome on the islands that are disobedient to the Government.'

Quickly walking into an alleyway, (Y/n) looked around to make sure nobody was there to see her. Once she was sure that nobody was there, she smiled sadly before snapping her fingers.
"Let's go back to the Going Merry for one final night. Kaleidoscope."

Once back on the ship, (Y/n) was surprised that she didn't find anyone. Usually, when Zoro was left to watch over the ship, he'd stay there until they returned. Even Sanji wasn't there when she inspected the other parts of the ship more. Instead of the worry she should be feeling at the sight of the empty Merry, she felt relief. She can now properly say goodbye to the ship and think of a plan. Walking into the sick bay Chopper and her usually occupied, (Y/n) started rummaging through the drawer where she kept her papers and other items. She stopped for a moment when she saw the small bag Aisa had given her before they parted.

Smiling sadly, she picked up the item and eyed it for a moment before looking up at the ceiling.
'I am sorry, Aisa. It looks like this is one of the few promises that I have to break.'
The girl stared up for a good few minutes before she shook her head and put the bag to the side.
'I can't let them take these. My grandfather trusted me enough to hand them over to me and continue what he had started. I can't let those criminals on Mary Geoise read them. But, what can I do? They will at least ask for proof that I brought the folder-'

(Y/n) eyes widened when she came across another pile of papers that she kept for a just in case situation.
'That's it!'
Smiling at the idea, (Y/n) quickly switched out the papers, putting the bait papers inside the folder and the real papers into the drawer again along with Aisa's bag.
'I hope this works. If it doesn't, I am dead. But then, on the other hand, I am dead regardless of the outcome tomorrow.'
