(Y/n) quietly ate some of the food Marigold brought to her earlier as Sandersonia, who was tasked to watch over her sat next to the girl on one of the many balconies of the palace.

While (Y/n) could smell how delicious the meal was, she could barely register the taste while she ate. Her mind and senses were cluded by worry. Worry for her friends, worry for Zoro, who was the first one to disappear, and worry over her own fate now that she seemed to have annoyed the empress even further. (Y/n) didn't know what the upset on her face was about, which part she spoke annoyed her the most, but she knew that she had to apologize the next time Hancock called her to talk.
'I just have good luck, huh?'

Sandersonia took notice of the girl's defeated sigh, and in order to break the tension, she spoke up.
"So, you told us earlier that the Shichibukai Kuma brought you here, right?"
Surprised by the green-haired woman's willingness to start a conversation with her, she quickly gulped down her food and nodded.
"Y-yeah! He did. We were fighting him and another man from the marine when he teleported me here." She explained.

"What about your other friends? There are a lot more Straw Hats if I remember correctly."
"There are, but I don't know what happened to most of them. Zoro was the first one Kuma made disappear before he caught me. I just hope they are all alright and got away from Kuma and admiral Kizaru." (Y/n) said to Sandersonia, who gave her an odd look.
"Why was the admiral there?"
"Ah, that... that's a serious of unfortunate events." The girl laughed awkwardly, not really in the mood to recall all of that.

Sandersonia wanted to know more, though, but she kept any further questions to herself, for now that is.
'Why am I even warming up to her? Then, on the other hand, she is a person is easy to talk to. She is taking this sudden change quite well.' The green-haired woman thought to herself as (Y/n) stared at the balcony door.

"Sister, why are you so upset?"
Salome looked between a confused Marigold and an annoyed Hancock as the empress held her pillow really tightly. It looked like the pillow would burst in any moment from the hold.

"Me? Upset? Why would I be upset?"
The warrior and snake looked at each other before looking at Hancock.
"It's just that the stupid intruder got a rise out of me! I really thought that she just repelled my powers, but she really wasn't moved by me or my body!"

"Sister, it's not the end of the world. You are still the most beautiful woman in the world, don't take what a simple girl like her said to heart -"
"I am not taking it to heart! I am completely fine!"
Marigold stepped away as the empress stood up while glaring at her, ripping the pillow in half.
"See?! I am completely fine!" The empress repeated, throwing the ruined pillow on her bed while the youngest of the three sisters stared at her in concealed amusement.

"Yes. You are not taking it to heart at all." Marigold agreed as Salome sent her a side-eye.
"Anyway, where is she now?"
"Sister Sandersonia brought her some lunch to eat. She is watching over her, don't worry."
Hancock nodded her head in understanding as her mind went back to (Y/n).

'That girl is so infuriating. With that big mouth and that cute nose-'
Hancock's eyes widened at her own thought, and she quickly shook her head, biting on her sleeve.
'I need her gone from this island. She clearly brainwashed me.'
'Why is sister all flustered?' Marigold wondered. The odd state Hancock was displaying was worrying the youngest, but she didn't know how to act or what to say, especially when Hancock reacted so strongly to anything she said.
