"I charge 50 dollars for 10 chocolate covered strawberries"

"Uhm, (Y/-" Luffy got interrupted by another loud laughter by the girl as she pointed at the former Shichibukai as he glared at her in annoyance.
"How does it feel like now?! The jail cell suits you perfectly!" (Y/n) taunted the man.
"We should really be -" Ivankov, just like Luffy, was interrupted by the girl as she kept on laughing, wiping a few stray tears away.
"The big bad Sir Crocodile got reduced to nothing but an inmate! Deserved!"

Luffy and Ivankov blinked a few times, unsure what to make of all of this. Inazuma cleared their throat, prompting (Y/n) to look at them.
"W-what?" She stuttered out while laughing and wiping her tears away.
"We really need to find a way out. I understand that this amuses you, but we need to find a way out if you two are adamant about getting to Marineford." Inazuma explained as (Y/n) nodded her head.

"Y-you are right. This was just too good of an opportunity to pass on, you know." She grinned as Crocodile sent her a side look before smirking.
"It's quite lovely that you didn't change much. I always loved that spunky attitude of yours."
"And I always hated that face of yours." (Y/n) said while glaring up at Sir Crocodile before looking back at Ivankov as he spoke up.
"Straw Hat, (Y/n), it would be for the best if you release him."

"What?! No way will we do that! He nearly destroyed (Y/n) and Vivi's country! He is staying where he is!" Luffy was the first one to speak up, not giving (Y/n) a chance to say anything.
"Alright then, you two are staying down here with us."
(Y/n) looked back at Sir Crocodile, who still sported his smirk.
"I don't mind, honestly. Having you down here to keep me company doesn't sound all too bad."

"Ew." (Y/n) shuddered and moved away from the cell, causing Crocodile's smirk to widen.
"I know that you both have issues with him, but he would be a valuable asset for us. Right, Croco-boy?" Ivankov finished while grinning at the agitated pirate.
"Ivakov..."
Crocodile's grumbling caused Luffy and (Y/n) to look at them both in surprise.

"Ha? You two know each other?!"
"We met each other back when he was an up-and-coming rookie. Don't worry. Even if he wanted to betray us, I can stop that. After all, he does have a weakness that he wouldn't want the rest of you to know." Ivankov chuckled as Crocodile's glare darkened.

(Y/n), who stopped listening to Ivankov after a while, was lost in her own thoughts as she thought of a younger version of Sir Crocodile talking to Ivankov. But, in her head, the scenario that played out eas of a real baby crocodile hissing at a taller peacock.
'That kind of looks more adorable than it actually was. Probably.' She thought to herself.

"I will let (Y/n) decide."
The said girl snapped out of her own thoughts and looked at the three.
"Decide what?"
"Were you even listening?" Inazuma asked as the girl awkwardly shook her head.
"Sorry, I was thinking of crocodiles and peacocks..."
(Y/n) blinked at the trio, who looked back at her silently before Luffy and Ivankov started yelling again.
"What the hell is going on in your head?!"

"I see. We were talk8ng about setting Sir Crocodile free. He can probably help us in our endeavors." Inazuma simply said. (Y/n) nodded her head at the answer they had given her. The girl's frown turned into a serious one for a moment, weighting out the pros and cons.

'The bad part is that I would be helping out a man who caused Vivi and the king a lot of pain. But, the good part is that he can help us with rescuing Ace, and I can tease him for longer!' Her eyes lit up at that prospect before nodding her head.
"Fine. Give me the keys."
"Are you sure?" Luffy asked cautiously as Ivankov tossed her the keys over.

"Yeah, I am. Don't worry about it."
She nodded and unlocked the cell as Crocodile grinned down at her.
"I just knew you wouldn't be able to stomach seeing me like this."
(Y/n) sent him an annoyed look while unlocking his shackles.
"Watch your mouth, you handbag material."
"How can I when your reactions are that delicious?" The man chuckled while ruffling her hair.
"Ew." She frowned and walked out of the cell as the man followed her behind.

"I smell some unrequited feelings." Ivankov chuckled as Luffy's jealousy started to resurface again, causing him to pull (Y/n) behind him as soon as she was within arms reach.
"Whoa! Hey! Let me out as well! I can be of help!"
"Yes! We can help-"
"Silence! Death wink!" Ivankov said, causing the men in a cell nearby to faint.
"Can we go now?" (Y/n) asked as the Shichibukai she saw earlier yelled at them.

"Please! I beg of you! Take me with you! I swear that I will be of use!"
The group looked at the fishman silently for a moment until (Y/n) spoke up.
"Uhm... Jinbei-san, why areyouh down here of all places?"
"You know him?" Luffy asked the girl.
"Not personally, but he is a Shichibukai as well." She explained as the fishman spoke up.

"I have known Ace ever since he joined the Whitebeard pirates! He has even told me a bout you, Straw Hat! As of why I am here, I objected to the war and was locked in here! I want to save Ace-san as well! So please let me die a glorious death!"
The group went silent for a bit until Luffy nodded.

"Fine. Where are his keys."
This caused another uproar among other inmates who wanted to be let out as well, but they were quickly shut up by Ivankov.
'Let's hope all of this goes well.' (Y/n) thought, trying to ignore Crocodile's stares as a sneeze escaped her.

Helmeppo was looking oddly at his closest friend and commrade as they walked through the Marine Headquarters. The reason why he was doing that was rather simple, the pink-haired boy was sporting quite a huge bump on his head and was cursing out Garp, who was a hero to him, under his breath.
"Did... did something happen between you and Garp-san?" Helmeppo asked as the boy pouted and nodded his head.

"You can say that. Anyway, we need to take down that poster from (Y/n) in our room."
"What?! Why? Do you know how long it took us to get it?" The blonde proteste,  but Coby cut himofff while pointing at his head.
"If you want to receive one of these from Sengoku-san, then we can keep it up on the wall."
"Why Sengoku-san?"
"It turns out that (Y/n), of all pirates, is his granddaughter."

Helmeppo's face went from a confused to horrified one at that revelation before he groaned.
"Fine. We will take it down." He said solemnly as they walked in silence, only one thought running through their head.
'Her mother had some strong genes in that case.'

"Damn, I am sleepy." Aokiji yawned as both him and Kizaru sat in Akainu's office, waiting for the arrival of Ace as the Plaza was being set up.
"You always are. Can you at least be more worried? Especially on a day like this." Kizaru said lazily, which earned him a look from Aokiji.
"You are not one to talk. Hey, Akainu, why are you so annoyed?"
"He is always annoyed."

"Shut up, both of you." The third admiral glared at them while stabbing a wanted poster that was on his desk. The other two were very well aware whose it was, which made their amusement spike up.
"Are you still mad? It's been like over 20 years." Aokiji chuckled as Kizaru walked over to Akainu's desk.
"Don't talk nonsense. I am perfectly fine."

"Fine? And is that why you stabbed into (Y/n)'s poster 14 times in the half an hour we were sitting here?" Kizaru smirked at the annoyed and angry admiral before looking down at the girl's wanted poster.
"Come on, her mom rejected you, in a very amusing way, get over it. It's not the kid's fault." Aokiji said, dodging the knife that Akainu threw his way.

"I am allowed to still be mad. She picked that good for nothing guy who couldn't even protect her from death! And this kid is proof of that marriage that should never have happened! I swear, when I see her, I will make her burn."
The two watched Akainu's hand turn into lava, causing a hole to appear on the desk from the heat, and then they looked at each other.
'He has lost it completely.'
