It is also a school where beings like Rainy, Leavy, Windy, etc. enhance their powers to be more powerful and for self-protection in case of wars between the rebels and users.

The difference of rebels and users are:
Rebels- are those people who uses their power but absorbs other users powers to increase their possibility to be super strong; while,
Users- are those people who learns how to enhance their powers and uses their powers for the prevention of war or any other bad things that will happen.

You can say that he/she is a rebel if he/she done bad things to ruin Majestia world or Majestia University.

Majestia world is divided into eight kingdoms:
Nature Kingdom or Venaus Kingdom
Water Kingdom or Oceanica Kingdom
Fire Kingdom or Vocanus Kingdom
Steel Kingdom or Metan Kingdom
Ground Kingdom or Rockus Kingdom
Lightning/Thunder or Throy Kingdom
Wind Kingdom or Aerius Kingdom
Ice Kingdom or Icium Kingdom
These kingdoms have their own king and queen and of course each kingdom have one god or goddess.
