"The gates to the prison realm are sealed, only Kenjaku has the ability to open them.

Kenjaku... not Suguru Geto.

Hana Kurusu can use her technique, Jacob's Ladder, to free him.

But... there's a layer of unknown cursed energy blocking her and the actual prison realm. Almost like extra protection, two layers to break through.

Kurusu could simply use her technique and just easily disable both layers.... if one wasn't existing in almost another realm. Despite the cursed energy actually being in another realm, it still blocks Kurusu from accessing it in this realm.

It's most likely a strong layer, its' affects resonating through dimensions and acting as a force to stop external cursed energy. A genius move from the person who created this.

To summarize...

Hana Kurusu can use her technique in this realm, our world. Not in other dimensions, since... She's just not capable, and it's out of reach for her technique.

The Prison Realm is a pocket dimension, of sorts... We can't easily access it, its hard to break into without having the authority to. That authority currently belongs to Kenjaku.

The Prison Realm was created with an extra layer of security which exists in an almost in-between dimension between The Prison Realm and ours.

Do you understand, Y/N Gojo?"

You looked ahead at Tengen, your eyes previously on the ground as you listened.

"Yeah, I get it." You sighed, leaning on one hand as you rest your elbow on your knee. "So, what do you propose? Nobody has some... dimensional ability here. Or... at all, in the history of Jujutsu Techniques."

He nodded, "Yes, well... Maybe you'll remember..." He stood up, walking over to an area in the Tombs of the Star Corridor, where he would receive his Star Plasma Vessels, but also where many important secrets are kept due to the high security here.

"Here." He led you to a mirror, and you looked at yourself through it. "What about it?" You raised your eyebrow, turning to look at him. He paused, "Fire one of your moves at it, just a simple move.."

"Huh?" You looked back at the mirror, quickly shooting out a ball of cryogenic cursed energy. The mirror didn't break, it didn't deflect it... It absorbed the move. The mirror looked distorted, the glass rippling and swirling for one or two seconds after.

"What...?" You said in confusing, eyebrows furrowing as you tried to remember.

Tengen then picked up an object from one of the drawers, a simple pencil. He then threw it at the mirror, and instead of absorbing it... The pencil just bounced back, like a regular mirror.

"I'm sure you must've read about this... The Prison Realm isn't the only pocket-dimension... or... other worldly construct created. It's one of two."

You thought for a moment before your eyes lit up, remembering. "The... The Archive of Souls. That's what this is?"

He nodded, "This is the gate for the dimension of... The Archive of Souls."

----

"What even is that?" Yuji asked, raising an eyebrow as he looked at you. The remaining first, second, and third years sat in front of you.

The Culling Games were ongoing. A few days had passed. Hakari and Kirara had joined forces with you now.

You sighed, looking down. "It's like a... dimension which isn't one like the Prison Realm... It exists beyond our own and the Prison Realm, but that gives us the access to... to be nearby the borders and boundaries of all the other realms existing. Does that make sense?" You said, looking back up at the rest of your students.
