When she got there Syd jumped back as one of Zara's teammates attacked her, clearly seeing her line of sight.
She frowned, sending punches the girls way before kicking her in the side, pulling her foot back toward herself and sending it straight into the other girls chest. She watched as the other girl stumbled back, suddenly feeling arms wrap around her and physically lift her off the ground.
Syd gasped, now seeing a boy from Zara's team holding her. She chucked her body backwards, rolling back onto her feet as the boys hold on her went away when he hit the ground.
She spun around herself as he stood back up, sending a sharp kick into his cheek. Next she dodged as he moved to grab her again, jumping up and kicking at the original girl who'd attacked.
Syd watched as the two came after her on both sides, suddenly dropping down and allowing them to run into each other, the girl accidentally punching the boy as he accidentally sent a kick into her.
Syd jumped back up after, running behind the boy and sending a hard kick into his back, the boy falling down and landing on top of the other girl. Syd noticed Tory and Zara not far off, Zara trying to kick Tory across the face as the other girl dodged.
"Tory!" Syd yelled, sprinting toward the two and sending a sharp kick into Zara's arm as she tried to punch at Tory, standing beside the blonde as she landed.
"Glad you're here." Tory nodded, a small smile on her face. It was good to know that no matter what was happening, Syd would be there to back her up. "Same." Syd smiled back, both girls getting into their positions as they faced Zara.
"Makes sense you'd need backup, Nichols. Who are you again?" Zara spoke, mocking both girls as she looked between them. She sent Syd a fake smile, obviously proud of herself for the line. "I'm the girl who doesn't let fake bitches mess with her best friend." Syd replied, smirking as she watched an offended look appear on Zara's face.
Zara quickly tried to hide it, the smug facade coming back. "Wow, didn't know Nichols had friends." Syd just rolled her eyes, already tired of this girl. "Are you gonna fight or do you need a certain amount of followers to do that?"
Zara's eyes moved into slits, clearly the topic being a bit of a blow after how many she'd been losing since Tory exposed her. The girl suddenly attacked, swinging at Tory before trying to kick Syd right after, Syd just catching Zara's foot and shoving it back down, sending her own kicks at Zara non-stop as Tory grabbed the girl from behind, throwing her down onto the mat.
Zara stood back up, attacking Tory immediately before Tory just blocked suddenly sending a kick into Zara's chest. "Kiss this, bitch!"
Syds eyes widened, looking Torys way to confirm. She realized the two hadn't exactly been able to catch up recently and it seemed a lot had gone down. Tory just nodded slightly, obviously just as ready to tell Syd all about it once this was over.
