"Wes needs his mom, he needs you Sal and you need him"

It's been a couple days since the girls left. They seem to be enjoying their time there, even Eden. Adam was excited to get to spend some quality time with Sally and Wes before he had to go back to work
Adam was upstairs getting ready for the day with Wes
"What do you think Biscuit, does daddy look better in a casual look or a business suit"he asked looking in the mirror "Hmm" he turned to him
Wes was in his seat on the floor, he came over to him
"Why am I asking you"he picked him up "You have only seen daddy in casual"he said chuckling and giving him kisses
Adam held him and sighed "I can't believe it's time for daddy to go back to work tomorrow" he said softly "I'm jealous of mommy will get to spend time with you all day"he looked at him "Maybe I'll be a little jealous of you too"he joked
Wes began to fuss, Adam shook his head
"Come on let's go feed you

Sally was in the kitchen cleaning up after they made breakfast. Adam came in and put Wes in his seat while he made a bottle
"Biscuit here seems to be hungry again"he chuckled "Do you want to feed him or ..."
Sally looked over "You can he seems to love it when you do it" she said quickly
This seemed to worry Adam, he came over to her and started rubbing her shoulders
"Sal, is something going on"he asked
"No nothing,I just thought since you go back to work your time with him is gonna limited" she turned to him "I'll make his bottle" she tried to get out of it and went to make it
"It's not nothing I have noticed you pulling away please tell me what's bothering you.. is it me feeding him because I can stop and let you"
Sally shook her head "Wes just loves when you feed him, just like Mazie did"she handed him the bottle "Here feed our growing boy, while I go take a quick shower"she told him then left

Adam was feeding Wes he listened to Wes's gargling sounds. Wes's little hand rests on Adam's wrist
"Oh Wesley,something is up with mommy"he sighed. He looked down at him "You are new to this world but you need to know that's not mommy"Adam held back his tears as he rocked him

Sally finished up her shower, the towel wrapped around her as she brushed her hair. She was staring off in the mirror, she slowly ran her hand over her wedding ring. Adam came in the room and saw she was zoned out, he placed Wes in his bassinet. He then walked over to the bathroom
"Sally"he said softly
Sally jumped "What"she turned to him "How long were you there" she asked a little frazzled
Adam turned to see Wes asleep then back at his wife "Not long, enough to worry"
Sally looked back at the mirror and continued to brush her hair
Adam came in "Please talk to me"he came up behind her and wrapped his arms around her "Remember.. lean on me" he kissed her cheek
Sally sighed "Do you still love me" she whispered
This caught Adam off guard he knelt down beside her "Sally why would you even ask that"
"I realized I'm not the woman you married .. not anymore" her voice was breaking
Adam pulled her up to stand and look at him "Look at me, you are the woman i fell in love and married"
Sally shook her head "No I'm not .. no I'm not"she was hysterical
Adam grabbed her face and pulled her close to him "You are"he said softly "You are my everything ... look what you have done for me"he wrapped his arms around her "I know it's tough after you have a baby, you lose sight of yourself for a bit, but I'm here to remind you how beautiful you are, how amazing you are" he tightened his grip on her "This body, this gorgeous body brought four beautiful humans that I love and who are my world" he placed her hand on his heart "Do you feel that .. this heart beats for you, Mazie, Haddie, Eden, Wes and Connor"
Sally looked down "It's weird how quiet this house is"
"Ya I noticed too" he chuckled "And we never had just one baby in the house"he gestured to Wes "That's weird"
"We started out with twins"
"I know we can't have sex for a couple more week.. but we should totally take advantage of this time"he said as he turned her around and began to kiss her neck "Please let me show you how much"he he moved down to her shoulder "I love you"

Adam brought her out to the bedroom, he slowly removed her towel then lowered her on to the bed. Sally was hesitant at first she grabbed his hand when he began to move it along her stomach
"Sal"he said
Sally let go and nodded and let him continue
Adam climbed on the bed with her, capturing their lips. This kiss Sally got lost and forget all of the thoughts in her head.Adam brought her so she was laying on top of him. Both lost in the moment
The moment was interrupted when Wes began to cry. Adam pulled away and groaned into Sally's shoulder. He got up to get him, Sally looked hurt
"You and me biscuit are going to to have a little chat on how not to interrupt daddy when he is spending time with mommy"he told him rocking him to soothe him
Sally sat up in bed under the blankets she had her legs pressed up against her chest. Looking on at Adam who was so in love with Wes. Something she was lacking
"You know I have an idea" Sally began "Since you go back to work tomorrow why don't you go spend the day with Wes"she said
"I like that idea but I'd love if you came"he said
"No this should be a one on one time" she said "I'll have my time starting tomorrow"she told him
"What would you be doing" he asked
Sally laid back in bed "Take nice nap" she laughed "Now go" she shooed him away
Adam came up to her and kissed her forehead "I love you" he said softly
"I love you too" she got tears in her eyes

Adam was pushing the stroller in the park, glanced at Wes who was asleep
"Hey Biscuit, you and me are supposed to be spending time together and you are sleeping through it"he chuckled
Adam came over and sat on the bench taking in the beautiful day
"Why don't we call your big brother. We haven't talked to him since you were born" he said calling him up
"Hey Dad"Connor said
"Hey Con, how is it going"Adam asked
"Good, how are things going with you"he asked.
"There good your sisters are off at summer camp, so it's just me Sally and Wes" he said looking at his son
"How is my new brother, sorry I haven't come home yet to meet him" he told him
"It's all good son, you are living life what is what I want for you"he said
"So is he more handsome in person,or are those pictures edited" Connor joked
"He is so beautiful there's no editing at all" he said softly "He looks so much like Sally it's incredible"
"How is she dad, I tried calling her"he asked
"She's"he paused "She's okay" he told her
"What's going on Dad, did something happen"
"Nothing for you to worry about" he told him

Sally was sitting on the couch writing with Bentley by her side
"I hope I'm doing the right thing Benny. Adam will understand maybe not right away but with time"she was crying "He will be fine, he is the best father he will give Wesley everything..which I can't .. he is already doing it" she looked at him "I can't stay here not if I'm not able to love my son"she cried harder "Adam deserves better so does Wes" she pet Bentley who now was on her lap "You'll look after them for me right" she smiled "How about you and me go for one last walk together.." she suggested
Bentley jumped off the couch and raced to the door causing Sally to smile
"Okay I take that as a yes" she got up

Adam walked into the Crimson Lights. Sharon was walking back from the patio
"Well hello, this must be the famous Wesley Newman"she looked in the stroller and smiled "Oh wow look at those cheeks" she began to stroke them "He looks so much like Sally"
"Tell me about it"he chuckled "We are just waiting on to see if he'll have her red hair too"he said taking his hand
Sharon watched Adam looking at his son, something seemed off
"Adam is everything okay"she asked
"I'm afraid to go back to work" he said
"How come .. afraid you'll miss time with him"
"No.. Sally"he paused "She seems to be struggling and I don't know if..."
"What's going on"she asked softly
Sally walked in and saw them talking and stopped and stood in the doorway
Adam looked at Sharon and began to tell her "I noticed.. she um hasn't really held him since telling me about her struggle to breast feed him"he looked back at Wes "I feed him more then she does" he told her
Sharon nodded "I have seen a bunch of women struggle it's takes time and a lot love" she told him
"I don't know what I can do Sharon, I want to help but she won't open up. What if she can't bring herself to act like his mother"
Sally heard enough and something in her snapped she stormed in
"Adam how could you" she yelled
"Sally" he was in shock
Sharon looked at Sally "Sally it's good to see you, you and Adam have a beautiful son.. Adam was just.."
"Don't"Sally shot at her and looked at Adam "I know what you were doing. Give me my son" she said
"Sally I can explain.."
"You can explain how you were telling Sharon how broken I am, telling her all the things I can't do"she grabbed the stroller "I'm going home , you can continue to have your therapy session with your ex" she shot at him and left
"Sharon I'm sorry about that, you know it's not like to be so on edge" he told her
"I know it's fine Adam. It's prompt my place to suggest this but .." she stopped
"But what Sharon" he asked
"From what you told me and what I just saw it seem to me she's suffering from postpartum depression"
Adam could feel his heart breaking from those words "I need to go. Talk to her"
"Of course and I'm here for you two if need anything"she told him

   When Adam came home he found Sally standing by the fireplace looking at all the pictures on the mantle upset
"Sally I'm so sorry"he said
"For what"she sounded cold "What you told Sharon was all true right"she looked at him "Your wife can't bring herself to love or even hold your son"she began to cry "A baby she gave birth to"she placed her hand over her stomach
"I just noticed you not holding since you told your first struggle with feeding him, you have me doing everything why"
"I just thought you'd love be involved more"she looked away
"Not like this Sal" he came up to her "Not this way .. Wes needs his mom, he needs you Sal and you need him"
Sally glared at Adam "Why tell Sharon hmm is it because she's a therapist and you can't seem to handle me"
"No Sally, she noticed something bothering me and asked I didn't go to find her"
"And you can't lie to her or I don't know not tell personal things about me" she got angry and pointed at herself
"Okay your right" he held up his hands "I shouldn't have I apologize. But can't you see this" he gestured between them  "I'm losing you your drifting away from everything little by little. I just want my wife back"
Sally looked away
"What can I do to help that's all I want to do"
"You can't" she said
"Let me at least try please"he began to cry and went up to hold her
Sally backed away from him hurting him
"Sally this can't still be about not being about to breast feed Wes, because we talked about that. That's small part of you loving our kids. Look at Mazie she wasn't a fan of it but still you love her and Connor you never.."he began
"Connor's not mine" she shot at him "It's not the same"she crossed her arms
Adam couldn't believe what he just heard her say
"You know since you seem to love telling your ex wives how awful I am" she picked up her phone "Call up Chelsea and thank her for loving your son the way I can't" she pushed past him
"Sally don't walk away from this"he tried to stop her
"Too late"she pulled her hand away
