"It's just,I wasn't apart of this decision I was the reason for it"

Adam and Sally stood out Haddie's room, Sally leaning against the wall giving Adam a stern look
"This is why I didn't want to tell them tonight"she crossed her arms "But.."she paused
"But what Sally"Adam asked
Sally look down and sighed "I never thought Haddie would be the one who's upset.. I thought it would've been Mazie" she told him
Adam just stood there stroking her arm "Come on let's go talk to Bean"he turned her to enter their daughter's room
He opened the door they found Haddie putting more things in her suitcase
"What are you doing Haddie Bean"Adam asked
"Packing so I can go live with grandpa and nana, while you all go to stupid California"she said not looking at them
Sally put her hands on her hips and sighed "Hadley I understand you are upset but language"
"Why this move is stupid"she said
Adam looked at Sally, Sally sat on the bed
"Bean,come here"she reached for her to come over
Haddie dropped her stuffed animals and went to her mother standing in front of her.Sally taking her hands into hers
"Sweetheart can you tell mommy and daddy why you are so upset about this move"she eyed Adam
Haddie looked at the ground "I'm scared" she said quietly
Adam came over and bent down next to her "Of what. Are you scared a new place, a new school"he asked rubbing her back
"What if.. I get sick again"she said as she began to cry "And like last time mommy can't be with me nana won't be here"
Both of Sally and Adam's hearts broke. He picked her up and sat her on his lap next to Sally
"Hadley, I know we can't promise that your cancer won't come back" he leaned close to resting his face against hers "But here is what we can promise..if ever.. need your nana or grandpa"he looked at Sally "They'll be here for you...and your siblings"he told her
"Come here Bean"Sally said softly
Adam handed her to so she could hold her
"Like your daddy said when ever need your grandparents we will make it happen no matter what"she kissed her head
"Then why can't we stay why do we NEED to move" she looked at both her parents
"You know daddy and mommy's company N+S"Adam asked
Haddie nodded
"Well we just got new location for it so mommy and daddy will run that one .. while Uncle Nick and Audra will run this one here"
"But I love this house"she said playing with Sally's bracelet
"I knew we do too"Sally said "But guess what"she whispered
"What"Haddie looked at her
Sally smiled at Adam to tell her
"We are keeping this house .. for now. So when we come back to visit we'll stay here"he said poking her
Haddie looked at her daddy "I have one more question" she said
"Shoot"Adam nudged her
"Who is gonna take care of Sky.. and ride her" she looked concerned "I won't be here"
"I'm sure grandpa will take care of her and maybe your cousins will help right her.. until you can" he told her
"So are okay with this move"Sally asked looking at her
Haddie nodded
"Okay, I want you to promise us something.. if you ever feel upset about something you come to us"Sally told her
"Okay"she said softly
Adam and Sally both hugged her
"Now you better get down there before your sisters eat all the ice cream"Adam chuckled
Sally placed her onto the ground "We will be there in a second, we are gonna check on your brother"she smiled
Haddie ran out of the room.

    Sally looked at Adam with tears in her eyes
"You okay"he asked rubbing her back
Sally sighed and laid on the bed "She shouldn't be worried about getting sick again"she point to herself "That's my job Adam"she cried
Adam laid on his stomach and took her hand and kissed it "Correction it's our job"he then wiped her tears "Baby she's healthy every thing is okay" he said softly
"I was annoyed with you for telling them right away"
"I know and I'm sorry but after my father"he said looking away from her
"When he was holding Wes .. I was so afraid he'd walk out the door with him"
Adam came closer to her and rested his forehead against hers
"Shh.. it's okay.. he can't hurt you he can't take them away from you without my approval.. which he will never get" he looked at her stroking her cheek
"I feel bad for Nikki, she's been amazing with me.. and the kids. Clearly she's an important part of our family look how daughter freaked out"she took a deep breath "But as your father was yelling at me .. I wanted to get so far away from him"she said
"And we are baby"he said in a hushed tone"Maybe this distance is what we need and what will wake him up"
Sally pulled him into a kiss
"Sal"he said into the kiss "We are on our daughters bed" he chuckled
"Calm down it's only a kiss" she pushed him away "Let's go join the kids before they finish the whole carton"she joked

The next morning Adam was getting the girls ready. They were gonna spend the day with Coco. Sally was in the shower
"Now do we tell Aunt Coco about the move" Mazie asked
"No let mommy and I do it"he said putting her hair up "Now go finish your breakfast"
Adam then walked into Wes's room who was up and wiggling around
"Good morning biscuit" he picked him up and giving him kisses "Did you have the best dreams"he asked
He was changing him "Are you spending the day with mommy.."he asked "I wish I could bring you to work ..I don't like being away from you.. I missed you so much Wes" he said
"I promise not to leave the state"Sally said softly
Adam turned to see she was leaning against the doorframe looking so sad
"Sal, I trust you"he told her
"It's okay if you don't .. I will never forgive myself for how I handled everything"she came in "Hello my sweet boy" she gave him a bunch of kisses
"Hey, where's my kiss.. I was your first boy" Adam playfully pouted
Sally smiled and shook her head then placed a gently kiss on his lips "Feel better" she went to pull away
Adam pulled her back in one hand supporting Wes on the changing table and the other around her waist and kissed her deeper
"Now I am" he chuckled
Adam picked Wes up "What I'll never stop wanting to kiss my wife" he kissed her nose
He then took her hand "Sal, listen.."he started saying then
"Aunt Coco is here"Haddie hollered
Sally sighed knowing they needed to tell her
"Everything will be okay.. she'll understand"he told her
"I hope so .. but I don't know how considering I shut her out"she rubbed Wes's head
"She loves you Sal.. she won't be mad"

Coco held onto Sally longer than usual as they hugged. They made sure the girls weren't in the room before speaking about the situation
"I have so many questions"Coco said
"I know later..I promise"Sally told her
"But.."Coco tried saying
"Coco"Adam interrupted "I know you are worried, she will tell you everything but now is not the time"he said
Coco nodded "You are right" she smiled "So are cool with me taking the girls" she asked
"Absolutely, they might be a little tired considering they just got back from camp"Sally told her "But they are all yours"she chuckled
"I have an idea why don't you come with us Sally, we can make it a girls day plus Wes"she pinched Wes's cheeks who was in Adam's arms
"I would but" she paused "There's someone I need to see"she glanced at Adam
Adam handed Wes to Sally "I should get to work" he kissed her then Wes's head "Alright Biscuit daddy will see you later"he said rubbing his face
Adam looked a little hesitant at Sally
"Adam.. I'm good"she said softly
"Will you call me"he asked
"Of course"she smiled and caressed his cheek knowing leaving was hard for him right now
Just then the girls came skipping down the stairs
"Perfect timing daddy is leaving for work so give me hugs" he held out his arms
They all hugged him
"Be good for your aunt" he kissed them
"We will actually walk out with you"Coco told him
Sally then said goodbye to them, then stood in the doorway and waved goodbye with Wes

Sally walked into Crimson Lights she was about to meet with Elena. Wes was asleep in the stroller. Sally looked nervously around for her
Sharon came out of the back room
"Hello Sally" she said in a welcoming voice "It's so good to see you"she smiled
"Thanks"she said then adjusted Wes's blanket
"Here's your usual" she handed her the coffee "I know the last time we saw each other..."
"Um Sharon"Sally stopped her "We don't have to do this"she paused "I can't"she shook her head
"I understand Sally.. I'm here when you are ready. I would really like to see how you are"
"I appreciate that"she told her
"Have a good day"she said
Sally caught a glance of Elena walking in and got tears in her eyes. Elena came over and wrapped her into a hug
"It's so good to see you" she said
"You too"she said into her
Elena pulled away then looked down at Wes who was waking up
"Hello Wes. It's been way too long"she patted him
Sally looked away and held back tears. Elena caught sight of it
"Oh Sally, I didn't mean it that way" she rubbed her arm
"I know I'm just sensitive at the moment"she said
"Come on let's sit and talk" she guided her over to a table
Sally sighed before speaking "I don't regret leaving but I regret taking him away from Adam" she told her
Elena nodded and let her continue
"I couldn't function Elena"she broke down
Elena reached for her hand "It's okay"
Sally stirred her coffee contemplating telling Elena now.
"I wanted to meet with you because I have something I need to tell you"Sally said
"You can tell me anything.. is this about what happened"she asked
Sally nodded then let out a deep breath "This is so hard"she looked over at Wes "Adam and I have decided... to move out of Genoa City"
"Oh"Elena was a little shocked "When... where"she asked
"Pretty soon actually"Sally looked at her mug "Maybe a couple weeks .. Adam decided to expand N+S"she took another deep breath "So we will be running the new location .. in California"
Elena nodded and watched her friends behavior "Sally, do not want to move"
"Why would you ask that" Sally asked
"You sound unsure"she told her
"I'm sure.. it's just I wasn't apart of this decision I was the reason for it. But after everything I know it's for the best"she smiled through tears "I just hate I'm leaving my best friend"
Elena gave her a look "Sally there's something you should know.."she said
