"I'm the whole damn meal baby"

    It was their last day at the beach house. Sally was sitting outside on the porch holding Wes in her arms. Adam came out  holding their morning coffee and watched her, she looked peaceful watching the waves, then looking at Wes
Sally's eyes were closed "I know you are staring at me"she said with a little chuckle "It's kind of creepy" she looked over at him
"Sorry"he came up and kissed the top of her head. Then tickled Wes
"It's okay" she told him taking her coffee from him
Adam sat next to her playing with Wes's hand
They sat there for a few minutes listening to the waves
"Adam are you sure you want to move here"she asked
"Absolutely,why did you change your mind" he asked
"Well you are used to snow"she smirked at him taking a sip of her coffee
"I'll adjust" he leaned close to her "Like you did"he took her hand "So what would you like to do before we head home"he asked
Sally looked down at Wes, not saying a word just rubbing his head. Adam was searching for her eye contact
"Sal, what is it"lightly stroking her arm "What's going on in that pretty head of yours"
"I know have to face everyone when we get back ..."
"They will understand, I promise"he told her
Sally looked up "Your father won't"
"Who cares all that matters is I do"he came closer "I got you" he said softly
Sally gave him a small smile
"Remember in our vows.. for better or for worse"he sighed "This is just another one of those hurdles we are getting through it"
"We need a lot more of those better times"she said leaning her head against Wes's looking at Adam
"I agree"he clapped his hands "Let's do something about that" he told her
"Like what"she asked
He took Wes from her "Anything you want" he told her
"There is something I actually waited for you to do it with" she said smiling at them "Let's bring him down to the beach"she said softly

  Sally was getting things ready to take down to the beach waiting for Adam who insisted getting Wes dressed. She was wearing a navy blue sundress with her bathing suit underneath. She heard Adam coming down the stairs when she looked up she couldn't believe her eyes
"Oh my God" she chuckled
Adam had him and Wes in matching swim trucks. We'd had a swim shirt and a little hat to go with his to protect from the sun
"The boys are ready for a day at the beach" he told her
Sally was still giggling "Only you would have matching swimsuits"she came up to him "But how did you do this with out me knowing"she asked
Adam raise Wes above him "Wes, tell mommy us boys get to have our secrets"he said in a silly voice. He looked at Sally "But if must know I bought them and had them shipped here a week after he was born"he smiled at him "I had to this father son thing right" he smiled at her bouncing Wes
Sally smiled and shook her head "And people say I'm the fashion diva..ya okay" she teased him "You two look awfully cute though"she kissed him

  They went down to the beach, they set the towels and a canopy for Wes. Adam was carrying Wes down to the water, Sally followed
"Okay mommy are you ready for Wes's first time feeling the ocean" he told her
Sally got out her phone "Yes daddy go for it" she said
Adam went to the shore and waited for the wave to arrive, he then gently dragged Wes through it
"Wee...what do you think son, colder than bath water" he said
Sally bent down in front of him filming "This is what you fall asleep to each night"she told him
They sat there letting him discover the water. He wasn't fussy at all just content
" I knew you'd love it" Adam chuckled
"Adam how did you possibly know he would.."she asked
"Babe, this is your son all the way"he kissed Wes's cheek "Just like fashion is in your DNA so is the ocean. And it's in him"he smiled raising Wes above him "He's our little water baby"
  They did a little photo shoot taking a bunch of photos. Sally posed with Wes in the water. Then she held him above her smiling up at him
"Perfect" Adam smiled "This is my new wallpaper" he told her
Sally held Wes close to her "The only thing missing is our girls" she pouted
Adam came up to her and kissed the side of her head "I know tomorrow when we go home I'll make arrangements to go get them" he told her
"But camp isn't over for another week Adam"Sally stated
"True but like you I miss them too"he gave her a sad face

After Adam and Sally spent a couple hours at the beach, they came home. Sally went and put Wes down for his nap. She came out of his room closing the door and saw Adam leaning against the wall across from the door with his arms crossed smirking
"Can I help you with something" she asked
"You are the only one who can help me with this"he said seductively as he came up to her pressing her up against wall
"Adam" she said surprisingly
"Shhh"he pressed his finger up against her lips "Let me admire my gorgeous wife in that dress" he said moving his hand up and down her body. He then leaned in and gently captured her lips
