Forty One

Demi slowly woke up the next morning as she shifted a large yawn. Her eyes opened minutes later when her eyes have adjusted to the harsh light cracking a small smile when her eyes landed on Joe who was still fast asleep, she kissed his cheek gently before snuggling up to his bare chest. Joe smiled in his sleep wrapping arms around her but remained asleep. She begun to draw shapes on his chest as he continued to sleep, he often got up early because of Nevaeh but Joe seemed to be enjoying the lie in that Zack and Mason often too away from him. He woke up about twenty minutes Demi smiling as she looked up at him still half asleep.

"Morning handsome." She breathed Joe smiling holding her tighter kissing her head gently.

"Morning gorgeous." He mumbled back Demi allowing him time to wake up Joe sitting up Demi following taking hold of his hand tangling their fingers together as the bedsheets pooled in their laps covering their naked bodies.

"Last night was amazing." Demi spoke kissing his lips gently.

"Yeah it was." Demi agreed a small smile on his face as he moved some hair out of her face. It was the first time last night that they shared intimacy of that form together but neither of them regretted it or thought they weren't ready for it.

"I'm gonna go take a shower then I'll make breakfast while you have yours." Joe stated pecking her lips before climbing out of bed finding his boxers before slipping them on.

"I'll tidy the room up a bit." Demi promised smiling as he leaned down kissing her once more before leaving the room heading towards the bathroom.

Joe and Demi both showered and got dressed before they sat down and ate the breakfast Joe had made for the two of them. Just some pancakes. He found it weird not making any for Zack or having to bottle feed Mason but he was enjoying spending time with Demi.

"I can't remember the last time someone made breakfast for me." Demi grinned.

"I seem to remember Nevaeh pouring you cereal once." Joe answered making her laugh.

"Yes but not nice pancakes like these."

"I'll remember to tell her that, your daughter is a disappointment to you at breakfast time." Joe joked chuckling as she smacked his arm.

"I miss her though." Demi admitted taking a sip of orange juice.

"Yeah I miss Zack and Mason even though neither of them say a lot," Joe agreed. "What are you going to be like with Nevaeh when she goes to school?"

"Well I hope to be in school then," Demi approved. "I already decided my baby girl is never moving out, I'm not letting her into this scary world." Joe laughed.

"You'll feel completely different when she's a moody teenager." Demi smacked him again as he laughed at her.

"Shut up Jonas." She mumbled but had a smile on her face not helping but to smile, he always managed to bring a smile on her face.

"My mom will bring them over soon anyway, you'll get to see her soon." He kissed her temple gently as they finished off the blueberry pancakes before Joe took the dishes away placing them straight into the dishwasher which he often switched on of a night.

"Thanks for a good night Joe, I had a good night." Demi praised.

"What the date or the sex?" He smirked Demi shaking her head at him.

"Well both," She replied laughing as Joe lifted her up flinging her over his shoulder. "Put me down Joseph," Demi demanded Joe making his way over to the bed throwing her on it kissing her deeply as she sat back up. Demi smiled kissing him back pulling away from him when they heard the door open the house filling with Nevaeh's laughter. "Maybe another time lover boy." She pecked his lips before she begun to leave the room laughing as she heard him groan.
