Demi was confused, she didn't have a mother, Joe wasn't a doctor for people like her but for kids and it was hurting her head just thinking about everything she thought to be true, it was like this was all a joke and she was being pranked but it felt very real.

"My head hurts," Demi mumbled looking over at Dianna. "Nevaeh?" Her mother grabbed hold of her hand again squeezing it gently to let her know she was here for her.

"She's at home with your dad, Demi are you okay?" Dianna repeated.

"I-I think I had a really weird dream," Demi admitted lying her head down on the pillow trying to process everything her head turning in Joe's direction. "Zack and Mason."

"How do you know my son's names?" Joe questioned creeped out slightly but Demi was relieved she hadn't made them up in her mind.

"Well I didn't but I had a dream where I had an amazing boyfriend called Joe and he looked exactly like you do. A lot happened, there's not enough time to explain it." Demi explained herself starting to settled down a little bit now.

"Right," Joe stated. "Can I run some tests, are you up to it?"

"Have I got a baby mom? A little boy who died in my arms?" Demi questioned ignoring Joe's question needing to know about Kai.

"Sweetie you hit your head pretty hard in the accident, I think you need to get these tests done." Dianna urged but Demi shook her head.

"Answer my question mom." Demi mumbled.

"No Demi, Nevaeh is your only child." Demi sighed a breath of relief. She hadn't lost a baby but she was upset that she had made him up and woke up to find he never existed.

Demi had explained to both Joe and her parents over the next couple of days what had happened in her dream. Everything since she could remember which was when she was at the hospital with Nevaeh having he heart transplant done, turns out she had it done two years ago anyway. It was still creeping them all out slightly but Joe put it down to him talking to the other nurses about his personal life while with Demi and she had picked it up in her coma. Demi was going home after nearly a week in the hospital still confused by everything but it was starting to make sense.

"Demi wait!" She heard a voice turning around seeing Joe rushing after her. "Can I talk to you for a minute?" Demi nodded her head.

"Go mom," Demi demanded softly feeling her mom kiss her forehead before heading towards the car. "What is it."

"I can't get everything you told me out of my head, how we fell in love and did all those things together. I can't let you walk out here without at least asking you out on a date and see what could happen between us." Joe stated Demi cracking a small smile.

"Sure but in a little bit, let's get to know one another first." Demi breathed.

"Seems like you know a lot about me already." Joe chuckled taking her phone number from her as she wrote it down.

"I have to go; I have a daughter to get home to." Demi grinned Joe smiling as she kissed his cheek gently before leaving the hospital. He only smiled wider as he saw his mother enter with his sons Zack running over jumping in his arms.

"Who was that?" Denise questioned holding Mason Joe kissing his head gently.

"I'll explain later." He promised.

"Daddy getting married?" Zack questioned making him laugh.

Joe and Demi soon started dating it being exactly like Demi expected, they fell in love so quickly like in her dream. It still freaked Joe out sometimes but he never let it stop him from being with Demi. Just like in her dream they welcomed a baby boy within a year of being together and she could only name him one name and that was Kai. She had made sure throughout the pregnancy she didn't have an infection and he was a healthy little baby. Zack and Mason were also what she expected, it was like she had the perfect family from her dream. Joe and Demi were due to get married within the year and continue their lives together with their four children.
